Very poor operation and will not produce ice quick enough ... Was left running for 30 mins and produced the ice / cold water thats in the image. Will be returning this straight away.

Tout à fait inutile, ne fait pas de la glace mais de leau fraiche...très déçu de cet achat. Jai essayé toutes les vitesses possibles mais même si un peu de neige arrive à se former l'eau la fait fondre de suite. Cest don vraiment un mauvais appareil.

Wasn’t so happy with this machine. Cooling recovery takes long ! I recommend the machine with 2 cooling fans ! Other than that, the machine is great !

Eén ster minder omdat de doorstroming via de metalen knikker niet altijd even vlot verloopt. Dat is gelukkig eenvoudig op te lossen door het mengsel zelf in te gieten.
Zowel het waterijs als het roomijs zijn echte toppers — zonder twijfel bij het beste ijs dat ik al gegeten heb. Je moet de vloeistof wel zelf bereiden, maar de textuur zit uitstekend goed.
Het volume is aan de kleine kant wanneer je met vijf personen tegelijk wil bedienen, dus het is aan te raden om op voorhand al iets te voorzien.
De compressor slaat niet altijd meteen aan; dat blijven we nog even opvolgen.

The machine does not produce the shaved iced properly, only about 10% of the time. I sent the form asking for the return, as per my legal right to return. And Vevor sent me an email to rate my experience and nothing about the return!!!
The price point is attractive but the machine is useless. It's a waste of resources, not to mention garbage.
I also hoped that Vevor and other companies in general would be more Responsible. If you can't deliver at this price, then just don't do it!
Hence, I simply want my refund and I will buy an expensive and functional machine because I need it.

Le Snowflake machine
Very bad and weak machine. And no customer or help at all.
The machine take forever to make ice, and the ice is not solid. Sound so loud and look very cheap material
