Product didn’t work properly. Faulty motor. Vevor customer service is very hard to deal with

Usato 5 volte, appena arrivato non si chiudeva bene la chiavetta dela testa, chiesto spiegazioni, mi hanno detto che era normale, cosa non vera, era difettoso. Adesso, dopo 5 utilizzi non funziona più, si sente rumore di ferraglia. Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!!

The machine itself seems powerful and well-built, but there is one major issue that makes it hard to use. It is extremely difficult to clean. The main body cannot be removed or opened properly, so cleaning inside is almost impossible. Meat gets stuck in areas you cannot reach, which is not hygienic at all. Because of this design flaw, I do not feel comfortable using it. If the cleaning process were easier, this would be a great product, but the current design makes it very inconvenient.

If you need to buy parts, it is unavailable. Vevor doesn't sell parts for meat grinder machine. Customer service was horrible.

After 3 months motor run out I try to contact but no response

We opened our package and the top piece that holds the meat is completely dented and we are unable to use. What needs to be done to get a new tray asap.
