Morning, i sad to be writting here again as i am not one to complain and this is not your fault but i want to know what we can do. Our package was deliverd on Saturday morning (you guys are always on the go and things are delivered so quick which we love so thank you). however the delivery driver (aramex) couldnt get access to our yard, and instead of taking this to a collection point for delivery he very nicly decided it would be a great idea to launch it over top of our 6 ft fence and gate and land it on concrete. this has resulted in the box not only being damaged but also the product inside as where it has landed has taken the edge of the mincer where it comes out minced. i have emailed aramex first and did get that done saturday morning but only just getting to email you guys. i guess my question is where to from here? is there insurance included in your products when you send? i know we dont get a choice to add it at checkout. As we are using for a business we would now not be able to use this product for food due to where it has been damaged. i guess looking for any help you can provide. i do have photos and also video taken saturday when it happened to send through. if you can let me know where to from here would be greatly appreciated. im struggling to send the other photos and videos but have them if you have anotehr way i can send them. J'ai choisie ce modèle car je pense que pour hacher de la viande , a faire soit même pour des steak haché ou autre ce la me suffit et effectivement cette machine et super. J'ai haché plus de 30kg de viande en fesant quand même 1 a 2 pauses pour reposer le moteur pour pas qu'il chauffe de trop. Mais sinon j'en suis agréablement contente. Je la recommande de vivement. Même pour l'entretien et le nettoyage. Facile a monter et démonter.

Very quiet operation and it was suprisingly efficient and quick to mince without heating up. I minced 30kg meat with ease. Highly recommended.

Angeschafft für eigene Wurstherstellung und Lagerwirtschaft. Robust, sehr einfach zu zerlegen/reinigen. Für Selbstversorger (und welche die es werden wollen) sehr zu empfehlen. Bei Wurstfüllung wird noch auf Handbetrieb gesetzt, es liegen keine Ergebnisse vor. Sternchenverluste: Die Spirale (Alu-Spritzguss) weist leider durch Kokille-Halbschalen einen Seitenversatz mit grober Kante. Die Übergänge habe ich mit Feile und Schmirgel eben (flutschig) hergestellt. Geschwindigkeits-Stufen sind fixiert und recht auf Mengen-Output getrimmt. Bei schmaler Wurstverfüllung sehr, sehr ungünstig. Preis/Leistung ansonsten = TOP!!

Love the grinder. Very powerful and runs smooth. Performs up to its specification. Easy dismantling and clean up. The outer stainless steel cover keeps the machine sanitary. Over the years I've used top of the line grinders and tomato millers, I can say I'm truly impressed with this machine. On a final note, the fulfillment process was amazing, everything was seamless. Well packed. Can't believe I received it so fast.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, hatte einen kleinen Fehler bei dem Lochscheibe (zapfen gebrochen und mittelbohrung zu klein). Kundendienst kontaktiert wurde sofort eine neue Lochscheibe geschickt. Kundendienst auch sehr super freundlich und kompetent. Bin sehr zufrieden

Ive put 50kg of samba deer through it works amazingly perfect for a home mincer or small business, instructions relating to adding the oil for the gearbox are not great, and note this mincer may struggle on pork fat but it will get it done just go slow. I would buy again tomorrow i wish I didnt wait so long very happy
