It doesn't work at all, the meat gets stagnant, not shredding well. I tried it 3 times and it delays my work too much. The customer service is terrible, I called, emailed and they didn't answer me. I bought directly from you because you recommended them to me as a brand, I am totally disappointed. I paid for a product that doesn't work, that is not cheap at all and to top it all off the service is horrible .I gave the opportunity to be a recognized brand, but really shopping with Amazon I wouldn't have this problem I already treated it in all the ways, I looked for videos and it really wasn't cloned at all, but the customer service is horrible. I want to make the refund which I give you right in the 30 days, I have no interest in continuing to waste my time because it delays me in my work.

Terrible customer service. Very dismissive customer service agents. If anything goes wrong you are not covered. Would love to give a minus 10 as a review? This is their actual response for a food processing unit: Dear Customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. During transportation, the machine was placed upside down, resulting in oil leakage. We suggest that you let it rest for a while before using it. Thank you for your understanding and patience. This unit is very light duty. Will be lucky if it last after a couple uses.

the head of the machine, grinding plate, blade etc,,, have rusted after 1st use, Quality is rubbish

I bought the grinder when there were 13 units left 2 weeks before Black Friday and somehow i never received the item. I contacted customer service and they refunded me but provided no reasoning why it never came or a solution where I actually get the item. I was excited to have this for the holiday season and now I can’t re-attempt to buy it because it’s sold out.

Ordered this meat grinder with #8 mouth meat grinding head. Received smaller electric motor then was in specification, mouthing head was #12 but ALL attachment's (knifes, plats, sausage stuffing tubs) were for #8. Tried to resolved with customer service, but they are completely clueless and never resolved this problem.

Received broken took two weeks to get a resolution from vevor if it wasn’t broken I would say it would be a good product but the customer service was a nightmare to get the problem resolved

je n ai pas essaye le produit donc rien a dire par contre 2 articles commandés et un seul arrivé ,et sur le statut de la commande ,mentionné recu pour les 2 reclammation faite ,bien la peine de se debrouiller pour etre a la maison et avoir un service de livraison comme cela

Attention pas de tube a saucisses et merguez et impossible a avoir meme séparément, on ne peut faire que des grosses saucisses et des saucissons avec... Déçevant
