I already own 1 of these and find it awesome. I gave three stars because I did not receive my package due to my carrier. The one that I do have is great. I've yet to see anyone with a carrier like mine. Me and my fur babies are the Talk of the Town when we go out. I like that it's so versatile and you can take off the wheels and have a regular carrier and it also comes with a food / water bowl. My fur babies are 10 lb soaking wet so this is by far spacious for them. I'd like how they're not so snug and they have a little bit of room for a blanket and stuff. But had I received it it would have gotten five stars I think this product is awesome and the manufacturer does a good job. When I messaged about not receiving the package they were nice enough to send me a refund.

Good luck fitting 25 pound dog in there. There’s no room at all.

You may have shipped it. I never received it and you have not sent a replacement nor credited my account

I don't know what to do but I ordered this July 17th and it's almost 3 months and shows that the shipping was cancelled. I had to pay monthly and they never sent it. So I give them 0 stars.
