Ordered this drill and it was never delivered!!! a month of messaging with Vevor customer service and still no proof of delivery or refund. Worst customer service out there. STAY AWAY FROM VEVOR!!!

First use, motor spins and first internal gear. However the second gear does not engage so the drill chuck doesn’t spin at all. Didn’t get a single hole out of it. At least my paperweight is magnetic.

Drill is under powered and has a hard time.

We used the drill twice and haven't used it again. I reach out and told them what what was going on and they has it was a sample fix... THe part they sent did not fit it. I wanted to return it, They Never allowed me to or to get my money back. DO NOT BUY!!!

I finally tried the mag drill with regular drill bits because I never received the pilot bits for the annular cutters. The machine is suppose to shut off when the magnet is off! It doesn't. Almost causing me to get hurt badly. It cut me causing bleeding to my arm. I am very disappointed and need to return the product ASAP. Someone could get extremely hurt. Also I never received the pilot pins after going back and forth with over 250 emails. This product is defective. I am so disappointed in wasting my time with Vevor. I will be doing a review on my YouTube channel. Cesare 

Drill turns on with the magnet turned off. Very very dangerous. It was also missing the pilot pins. I have been emailing customer support for over two weeks now 250 plus emails with No results.

The magnet want hold drill without falling not what video showed overhead drilling this machine can't do that request refund code

Ordered drill October 8 2025 it got lost in Atlanta ga on oct 10th.. package says delivered on vevor but when you click on track shipment it’s still in Atlanta ga! Customer service just tells you to wait. It’s been over a month and drill was originally shipped out of Jefferson ga which is 2 hours from my house. I will not use vevor again
