This drill performed well on thick 3/8 inch steel plate. The magnet held firm and the annular bits cut through easily. The magnet struggled to maintain a firm grip on thinner/painted steel sheet metal allowing the bit to walk when initiating the cut. I had to drill pilot holes to allow the center pin to act as a stabilizer but ultimately the bits made quick work of the thin metal. Overall I pleased with the product. Will be purchasing a larger selections of bits in the near future.

pratique pour percer dans n'importe quelle position par contre mandrin qui n'est pas de grande qualité après quelque changement de foret les cannelure du mandrin casse et la fixation du fil d'alimentation cassé a son arrivé et dommage car j'ai déjà vu sa dans les commentaire.

Awesome drill. Nice and heavy. Cast metal is always awesome. It's a little tricky in tight spaces where I was but be patient. Magnet is fine unless you try to "speed up" the cutters by pulling too hard. I received 11 annular cutters with it so the price was amazing. The only small downside is the power on this model. I will get a bigger one. Great brand. I'll be buying more!

It is really a fun little machine to use. You should probably buy the version with 6 pieces drill bits, better value. But definitely choose a model with variable speed, and less important one with reverse drive. If you work with precision in the tenth of millimeters, this will satisfy your needs, for higher precision in the hundreds, it probably won't deliver to your expectations. It's perhaps worth noting, that drill bits come in both imperial and metric, choose the right one for your purpose.. I recommend this drill.

For the price can't go wrong. Have done a small job with it and worked fine. Had always wanted a mag drill but couldn't justify the cost, coring bits all included. great product.

Purchased this model as it has varable speed and reversing even though it included less annular cutters - incase I wanted to to do any tapping or drill at lower speed (heat) etc. Very disappointed with Vevor's pricing policy as the purchase proce was dropped by about $50 not long after i purchased - very bad form.

I use a mag drill a few times a year. This one works as well as any I've ever used. Not quite as powerful as a big name, but just let it do the work and it's great. I originally purchased the single speed/no reverse then ordered this one because of the variable speed and reverse for tapping holes. Works great!
