Purchased this item roughly 1 month ago. One of my favorite tools. 😍 i used it for building a new fence. It didnt stop there. I use this tool whenever i want to plant a bush or tree. Easy perfect hole and loose soil for topping. One tank of gas is enough to run the machine for like 45-50 holes. It breaks through pvc pipe, small concrete, hard clay, i found old glass and what looked liker some sort of clay pots or something but this tool just ripped right through it all. Would highly recommend for any person trying to diy projects. (I did) Hope the review helps with your decision.

Gas powered post hole digger works great. Starts up good everytime!

As a professional fence installer for decades I've used all different types. Reason for buying just needed a small digger to throw in the truck for couple of holes and handrail. It does exactly what you expect out of these units. Runs great. As for everyday use might be a different story. It's a great value for doing small projects or occasional use. Would I buy again, yes.

Brilliant value. Easy to put together. Posthole digging no more. I had a dizzy moment in that the handle trigger cable was going wrong way so wouldn't engage engine. Similar to brake on a bike. Turned right way and was fine. That's on me tho. Would recommend.

Used this yesterday for first time I’m in love I had one a couple years ago that I sold thought I would never need anymore. But after using this one I think this one I will keep for life well made very strong engine plenty of power dug the hole faster then my name brand one I had before. The only thing I wish I had waited to buy the one with the two auger bits.

Hi, I’ve recently purchased the VEVOR auger. I’ve dug 20 post holes thus far. I used the auger periodically over a week to do this job. I’ve referred to the auger as a “beast” , it’s very powerful and starts immediately every time without fail. I would recommend using throttle control when using the auger , the power can override the user if you are operating full out and hit something ( rock or route) . Slow and steady maintaining control at all times. I’ve also tended to lean my body against the handle somewhat for better control.
