It's a good tool. I have used it to drill 5/6 fence posts holes. Worked pretty well. There is one issue I found with the locking pin (see attached photo). The locking pin got deformed after use. My concern is that with continuous use the locking pin will eventually break. Replacing the pin with a bit stronger material, maybe a steel pin, might work better and will be safer (but I am not sure if there is a reason for using the softer material? anyway...) Since it is deformed it will not fit now. So I am trying to find the same size locking pin in the hardware store for my next use.

They are great but the packaging is very poorly done, they get to me most missing screws and nuts. Need to put more attention to packaging

I’ve used this now for about 12 holes. Runs really good easy to start Bounces around pretty good if it’s in rocky soil Does a decent job for the price. Considering a rental machine is 90$ a day

Works great, just as expected. Need a tight grip though, just in case you hit a root or rock or whatever is down there, lol !!!!!

It came fast and in perfect condition..easy to assemble. It fired up on the 3rd pull. I just used it Sunday to drill 3 post holes. Made quick work of the job. The only thing I didn't like is the auger got realy wobbly with the extension on it..but other that that it worked great!!!

I've only got to use it once it ran great the second time it was not Cooperating, there was nothing in the instructions that came with it explaining why it would not start, my wife found things I need to do through and check. I felt it was flooded but after waiting 30 minutes it still would not start I have a few extra days off this week end I will try them all. Other than that I love it beats doing it by hand. Thanks

Never opened thr box ans changed

I needed to dig 6 holes and for the price of this auger, I thought "even if it breaks after these 6, it's worth it". To my surprise, it showed up and seemed legit. Added the oil and gas, it fired right up after 2 pulls. I dug those 6 holes last year. I stored it in the garage and needed to dig 3 this spring for small trees. Primed it and started right up after about 3 pulls. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars on quality and features only because I ran into some bigger roots and the motor just didn't have the power to cut through it. Features... well there really are not that many you can add to an auger ( pull start, kill switch and throttle). I would recommend this for home use.
