I bought this auger a month ago. I have augured 16 post holes with it so far. It works far better than i expected. I have soil with a fair amount of clay and a few holes had several rocks ranging from golf ball size to baseball size. The flatter rocks were a bit of a problem. The holes without rock took less than a minute to drill. I would definitely recommend this product. The auger was very easy to start and is quite light for what it does.

I got the 52cc 6 and 10 inch gas auger. This unit requires that You put SAE 90 gear oil into the transmission before you ever start the unit . You need to buy the oil first . There is a small bolt on the transmission filler you must remove and fill with the gear oil and the put the bolt back in. This unit is a very powerful earth auger. It started up very easily and ran perfectly use the gas mix of 25 to 1 oil to gas . I used this auger to drill over 100 fence post holes down through a clay layer and it drilled down 3 feet on every hole without fail. This auger unit is FANTASTIC , I RECOMMEND YOU BUY IT .

I was honestly surprised at how well this Auger worked. I've used both 6-inch and 10-inch bits, and it dug the holes very well. My ground has quite a few rocks in it ,so i wasn't sure what to expect from a one man auger with a smaller motor. but this thing did an awesome job. It has plenty of power for one person to handle and saved me a tremendous amount of of hand digging. for price and the amount of equipment you get with it'I've been very happy with purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Bought the post hole digger for a fence project. I used the 6” auger for my project, but I like the versatility of having the 10” for future projects if needed. Easy assembly. Gassed it up, primed it and started on the first pull out of the box. For the money I don’t know if this unit can be beat. Great purchase!

Works great, digging post holes for a fence and doing a 2x2 grid to plant trees. BE careful, it has some power.

This auger is top shelf. Three years on, over 200+ holes for fences and tree planting. It makes tree planting very easy. Starts everytime and requires little maintenance. I had to replace the toggle on the handle, but that was a snap and a couple of bucks. Easily used by one person. I highly recommend this auger.

This accomplished the job easily and effectively. VEVOR is quickly becoming a brand that I look to first when in the market for a new purchase. You cannot beat their pricing and I have yet to have any issues with any of the VEVOR items I own and use.
