i rented this drill one time and its broken/ the motor wont stop and is dangerous i need a new one but i cant speak to anyone

I cannot review because the drill arrived too late to do my project. I had to hire someone to drill the hole. Vevor return policy does not allow free returns because of delayed deliveries.

The drill was delivered with a different core drill diameter than I ordered. I ordered 160mm, they sent 82mm, 82mm was not even offered on the web shop. It is very difficult to find a website where complaints can be processed and even 2 weeks after sending the complaint I did not receive an answer from the supplier how it will be resolved ... I had to order another drill from another supplier. The drill does not have speed regulation, otherwise it is quite good for the price.
