The wheels are flimsy at best. Even at the high setting when I turn to the left or right the wheels jump gears. They sound like they are going to break. I have Tall fescue grass and won't push through grass without the wheel gears grinding.

Everything about this purchase was awful!! When the item finally came, I couldn’t put it together bc the hole for the top part was not cut all the way thru. I immediately messaged them and got a response if 24-48 hours someone would contact me. It still took them over 2 weeks to finally get anywhere and they finally refunded my money. It’s trash!! And so is the company!! I attempted to post a picture. But it keeps deleting it!

Worst purchase ever. The handle does not stay in place. It’s not sturdy and does not pick up well at all. Looked like a good item but makes more work for me. It bends and bows constantly. It’s all plastic and not sturdy plastic. Very disappointed do not recommend this at all.

This product though well-built does not meet my needs at all. It is impossible to push through your cut grass to pick up clippings. Using this sweeper is like a high-level workout for a top tier athlete.

This was advertised in a video showing it easily picking up dog poop and lawn clippings from the grass. No matter what height it is adjusted to, it does not pick up ANY poop and doesn't do well with fresh grass clipping or small twigs. It is also hard to push even on a flat surface and makes a clicking noise as the wheels turn.

Very poor purchase! This thing doesn't pick up cut grass, the reason that I bought it. Brushes are flimsy plastic, might work on freshly fallen leaves ,on top of short grass. Would like my money back.

Handle wont stay in place with the bag on and the bag keeps trying to come off while I’m trying to pick up grass….hopefully they honor the refund request

Purchased to help pick-up small twigs and branches prior to mowing, have blower and vacuum for leaves. It needs to be on the lowest setting to pick-up twigs, even then it misses quite a few dependent on orientation. Larger branches (length and odd shape) need to be picked up by hand. Point is I tried it, found item does not work for me and requested a return. Keep in mind this is one day after the item is delivered, I figure out it does not meet my expectations. Tried it in the most advantageous section of my yard, lot of moss not thick grass, it was only "OK". No point of trying thicker grass with larger sticks. To make it easier to push in thicker, taller grass it helps to increase the depth from 1 to 3 but that can make it more difficult to pickup the sticks. My primary reason for purchase was to pick-up sticks, this is not working for me. Vevor has a "return & refund" icon on the their order page. Evidently Vevor decides if you can return an item not you, you may request a return but until you jump through all their hoops, no returns for you! Have me provide images... WTH for? I DON'T WANT THE THING!!! It does not work for me, I tried it, I don't like it, process the return.
