Después de estar un día entero ajustando conseguí que funcionara bien, creo que esto es normal en este tipo de tornos. El controlador electrónico funciona muy bien realiza el enebrado de roscas con suma precisión en todas las pasadas de roscado, el controlador es sencillo de manejar una vez estas un rato trasteando con el, dispone de cuatro funciones muy útiles, el libro de instrucciones es una traducción mal hecha y descrito con tal complejidad que no hay manera de entenderlo, faltarían ejemplos de cómo ejecutar cada una de las funciones, lo complejo que han hecho el manual para luego lo sencillo que es manejar el controlador, todo es cuestión de dedicar un rato y luego se maneja bien. Una vez lo pruebas ya no volverías a querer un control manual. Tuve un problema con el interruptor de puesta en marcha que sonaba un ruido insoportable y me enviaron uno nuevo. Creó que compraría otra vez el producto

A l'avenir essayez de mettre une traduction en Français. J'ai commandé une tourelle porte outils L'axe été de 14 mm alors que celui du tour est en 10mm. je l' ai modifié impeccable. Mécaniquement pour le prix c'est impeccable.

This is a greatlittle lathe with high end features. 1st: quality. dude, its 1K for a decent sized lathe for small machine work. fix shafts, make pins, rethread studs, etc etc. 2nd: Finish. it shipped from China and then sat in a warehouse and then got shipped to you. yes, you will probably have to tighten some things up. if you dont like it, call the MAZAK technician and see if they will come set it up for you. they will charge double what you paid for this entire machine. 3rd: Every thing I have bought from VEVOR has been BETTER THAN EXPECTED. Now note: the price is very low and the expectations are at the same level..... but VEVOR has exceeded this on everything they sell. I've bought water heaters, hydraulic lifts, tools, blenders, refrigerators, water toys. IT IS EASY TO FIND MORE EXPENSIVE STUFF BUT IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND STUFF THAT ACTUALLY PERFORMS ANY BETTER THAN WHAT VEVOR OFFERS.

The 1250w stepper/servo motor leaves lots to be desired. It is under powered for threading when RPM needs to be 2-300 rpm, frequently stalling: requiring the machine to be powered down and restarted, making you tune combo slide position to restart the threading. For just a few Pennie’s more they could add spherical thrust bearings on the slides… instead they have aluminum on aluminum surfaces which have to have clearances to turn without galling. This clearance adds huuuuuge amounts of lash. Once the housings are pocketed to allow for thrust bearings it fixes this issue completely. If you’re already a home machinist, absolutely plan on taking the time to install 8mm thrust bearings. Night and day difference. All the Gibbs must be cleaned and adjusted. All were loose. (Expected I guess) Lots and lots of screws were loose. Take the time to go through the machine to lock tite and torque everything. Lots of slop everywhere The digital feed for thread is Great! But the main drive motor shortchanges this by being too weak. Delivery is fast. I wish I bought the shorter unit as it’s more suited for the power… most likely more rigid too.

Unfortunately I received this lathe with lots of rust. Their solution, just sand it and apply rust prevention oil.

They will string you along with countless generic bot emails, and attempt to frustrate you out of completing a warranty claim. They will not honor their products!!!! Ill soon be showing the actual emails and how many of them they will string you along with... i purchased a top shelf lathe from them, and they refuse to replace or refund one of the least expensive parts on the machine... they refuse to replace the parts, refund the parts, or even acknowledge your hard earned money you spent... they are the alibaba and temu of bad equipment, but even alibaba and temu will refund/replace/exchange bad parts... not these guys, they dont give a damn about you and i can prove it!!!!

The Good: Solid casting with decent gib adjustments. Seems solidly built and packaged. For the basic machine it is well priced for what was received and has the potential to be an exceptional little machine for its size. The Bad: The 3 jaw chuck that came with it (sanou branded) has an error in the scroll that leaves a 0.762mm (0.030") runout. Also, the tailstock does not run parallel with the way having a 1.9mm drop over 300mm. The chuck needs to be replaced and the tailstock dismantled and shimmed (or replaced) if it is to be usable. Note that these items will be vary a great deal from machine to machine, some will be fine others like this one. The Ugly: Not really usable out of the box. Between the chuck and the tailstock, there is no way to turn a half decent part. These things can be fixed/replaced, but for an amateur just getting into lathes, this would be a show stopper.
