Parfait pour un amateur, utilisation facile, la basse vitesse aide a bien placer la pièce, il est bien pensé et bien conçu

I’ve now been working on this machine for several weeks. Probably made about 20 pieces on it. Small bowls, small plates, paper towel holders, Christmas ornaments. Works great with my HSS carving tools. The motor controller isn’t super precise, but it’s definitely more than good enough for hobby level to semi-pro. It’s quiet and runs smoothly. The factory belt tension needed a reset after the first few pieces, but it was super easy to adjust. All in all I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought this lathe about a month ago. It works very well for smaller diameter projects. Less than 6 in. Larger diameter projects tend to stall the lathe. The chuck works very well and so do the tools I ordered with the lathe. I mainly use the carbide tools.

Como ya he puesto anteriormente es una pena que una buena marca como vevor haga productos con detalles de mala calidad, piezas de plasticos blandas y llaves queno aprietan y se deforman , el servicio post venta de lo mejor

Purchased this lathe last summer. It has just quit on me with anE3 fault. Motor does a small bump when powered on but no movement

james cambern My lathe arrived and I am mostly happy with it. However, the Forward/ Reverse switch is wired wrong. In reverse the lathe spins counter clockwise. The correct rotation for this is clockwise. A lathe should generally not spin clockwise when viewed from the tailstock (looking toward the headstock). The standard, safe rotation is counter-clockwise, which causes the workpiece to spin toward the operator and down into the tool rest. Clockwise rotation is considered reverse and is rarely used.

Bonjour Sur le descriptif du tour à bois, vous notez une vitesse variable de 0 à 3800 tr/mn. Nous ne pouvons pas descendre en dessous de 174 tr/mn. Pour un type de pièce, je dois être à 20 tr/mn. Autre chose, le moteur annoncé à 750 W ne fait que 550 W : PUBLICITE MENSONGERE !!! Merci de réaliser un geste commercial et de me donner des solutions pour descendre la vitesse à 20 tr/mn. I received the lathe and was very excited. The lathe was simple to put together and get right into the wood work I wanted to. I have used lathes before and very familiar with the operations and methods. The first hour of use I was making good progress on a project when I received an error message. I contacted the help desk to ask for resolutions. After 4-5 exchanges and me testring and 10+ days, I am told that they "Are happy to offeer free of charge" the circuit board they think is faulty. So I get to wait 10-15 more days before they can ship it, as the parts are on back order. So I have in fact bought a very solid paperweight. I had asked for a RMA and for the lathe to be replaced. Yet, I get to wait 2-3 more weeks before I get to be back to using the lathe. I highly do not recommend buy this lathe, as it failed within 1 hour of light duty work. Very disapointed, but it seems Vevor does not care what I think. You get what you pay for.

The lathe works pretty good but the speed readout is flashing and not telling me the speed after just a couple of uses.
