Heater dont come on when pressed

Disappointed. The advertised performance does not match real-world results. I bought this 0.8L unit mainly to clean dental aligners/retainers. On the product page it is marketed as a “35W” ultrasonic cleaner with a heater and timer, and it claims strong cleaning results (oil/wax/biofilm, no scrubbing needed). In practice, the cleaning performance is very weak. I tested it properly: warm water (~40–45°C), correct water level (not overfilled), the supplied stainless-steel basket (items not touching the tank bottom), and only a single drop of mild detergent (no foam). I ran multiple cycles (up to 30 minutes total). Results were still clearly worse than a much smaller and cheaper cleaner I used before. Also, the specs list “Transducer Power: 24W”, not 35W, and the heater barely warms the water during operation, so the “heater” feature feels ineffective. For a product marketed for cleaning jewelry, glasses, and dental items, I expected noticeably stronger cavitation and better cleaning. Based on my experience, this unit is either defective or does not meet the expectations created by the product listing. I would not recommend it for dental appliances.

Lors de la commande l'image du nettoyeur VEVOR 3 L les commandes de réglage était des boutons ronds et pas des touches sensitives comme indiqué dans la description, je ne l'aurai pas acheté si l'image faisait apparaitre le système digital !

sorry to say iam disappointing with the performance not as advertised

So I’ve held off on this review until I knew more about this product, it’s been 14 months to the day, originally this cleaner has done exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve used it somewhere between 15-25 times in those 14 months and it functions great. Now unfortunately as of today it has malfunctioned, something within has come loose or broken, as the sonic cleaner shuts off 4 minutes into the cleaning cycle, why it is active the digital display is flickering on and off intermittently.then between 3 minutes and 22 seconds and 4 minutes and 12 seconds it completely shuts off the sonic cleaner while the display stays active. Now let me tell you how I’ve actually used this device, it has sat on my workbench for the last 14 months in a clean room, I have used it to clean jewelry, paint off miniatures, grease of metal components. Cleaning of the machine takes place on the same bench as us the drainage hose system is super simple. And it still looks as new as the day it arrived. But unfortunately the lifecycle is apparently not very good, maybe I should have ordered from sonic clean they have a better warranty life.

Der Reiniger an sich ist in Ordnung und reinigt und heizt wie er soll. Allerdings stimmt die Angabe des Volumens nicht ganz und es gehen weniger als zwei Liter rein, selbst wenn bis zum Überlaufen eingefüllt wird. Im Zweifel also lieber eine Nummer größer kaufen.

Objet bien emballé et utilisation facile. Par contre ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est affiché sur le site. La cuve ne fait que 6 litres et non 10 comme indiqué !!!! Si j'avais su j'aurais pris plus grand, je suis déçu. Entre les pieds du panier et la hauteur maxi à remplir, finalement vous n'avez plus beaucoup de profondeur d'immersion. Dommage
