I purchased the cleaner in Feb. 2024 and used it maybe a dozen times, when it blew a fuse. The fuse was replaced and the switch turned on but the control panel wouldn't function. I wrote to Vevor, because it was out of warranty, and didn't know how to take care of the issue. They had me take the cleaner apart and take a lot of pictures of the inside parts, motherboard, heaters, wire harness, etc. They decided to send me a replacement motherboard at no charge. I changed the part and saw another blown fuse that is soldered into the board . I started looking for a reason for the blown fuses and found a wire that powered the cooling fan had been routed over the sharp edge of a heat sink. The insulation had melted and shorted out the wire. I re-routed the wire and insulated it better, then zip-tied it so it wouldn't do that again. I sent all the information to Vevor with pictures and they said they'd pay me $22.00 for my efforts. The cleaner works now.

Bonjour dans la notice d'utilisation il dit qu'il y a un panier fourni avec. Je n'ai pas de panier et impossible de contacter quelqu'un. Je suis déçue ce la cuve va s'abîmer sans panier !

Le fusible grille souvent à la mise sous tension

Franchement, il ne sert pas à grand chose, je suis vraiment déçue.

Si e staccato il colore dal fondo colorando l acqua di nero e nonostante averla pulita il risultato non cambia delusissimo

l'appareil fonctionne bien, mais on sent que la qualité est en rapport avec son prix. Lorsque j'utilise les boutons, c'est toute la façade qui bouge ! mise à part, il fait le job qu'on lui demande!

Je mets une note de 3 car le produit fonctionne, est facile d'utilisation et efficace MAIS, à l'époque de mon achat il était vendu avec une contenance de 3 litres alors que je n'ai jamais pu mettre plus de 2.7 litres rempli à ras bord et SANS couvercle (qui réduit le volume disponible de 2cm en hauteur). C'est vraiment dommage parce que c'est un des plus puissant en ultrasons/litres de la gamme. Si vous envisagez d'acheter ce modèle tablez plutôt sur 2 litres utilisables au MAX.

I ordered a cleaner with a 2 Litre capacity. The one I got had 2 Litre capacity on the detaols sticker on the back but it was actually only a 1 Litre unit. The temperature thermostat does not control the temperature very well. I set it on 60 degrees but when it reached 60, it did not stop.It just kept getting hotter.

I had an issue with the ground strap coming loose internally. I was able to fix it by replacing a capacitor and it's been working great ever since.
