Disappointed. The advertised performance does not match real-world results. I bought this 0.8L unit mainly to clean dental aligners/retainers. On the product page it is marketed as a “35W” ultrasonic cleaner with a heater and timer, and it claims strong cleaning results (oil/wax/biofilm, no scrubbing needed). In practice, the cleaning performance is very weak. I tested it properly: warm water (~40–45°C), correct water level (not overfilled), the supplied stainless-steel basket (items not touching the tank bottom), and only a single drop of mild detergent (no foam). I ran multiple cycles (up to 30 minutes total). Results were still clearly worse than a much smaller and cheaper cleaner I used before. Also, the specs list “Transducer Power: 24W”, not 35W, and the heater barely warms the water during operation, so the “heater” feature feels ineffective. For a product marketed for cleaning jewelry, glasses, and dental items, I expected noticeably stronger cavitation and better cleaning. Based on my experience, this unit is either defective or does not meet the expectations created by the product listing. I would not recommend it for dental appliances.

No es como en las fotos. He reclamado y si no doy soporte no puedo iniciar la devolución. Además, te la tienen que aprobar ellos, lo cual va en contra del artículo 16 de la Directiva 2011/83/UE. Atención pésima.

Inutile d'acheter ce produit. Il n'a d'ultra sons que le titre, je l'ai acheté, et il ne produit aucun effet souhaité, à savoir que les objets mis dedans sont ressortis dans le même état quelque soit le programme. Réponse des services : désolé!

Ne chauffe pas vibrations puis c'est tout. En attente d'une réponse du sav. Pour l'instant réponse automatique me disant qu'il vont reprendre contact avec moi. Je modifierais mon avis après retour plus sérieuse du Sav.

Na 2 maanden verwarmde hij niet meer. Na dit gemeld te hebben, kreeg ik als antwoord, je was 2 maanden wel tevreden, dus je klacht wordt afgewezen. Retour sturen is op eigen risico. Ik beveel deze ultrasoon niet aan!
