Would not recommend. Supports are weak, tarp is tearing after 3 months. Can not withstand any wind. 2 weeks after putting it up, a wind storm ripped out all stakes and blew it down and buckled most vertical supports. The roof structure was fine, so I cut the verticals down 8 inches, and anchored it to my house. After a few months, every support has some kind of kink in it, it leans quite a bit, and the tarp is tearing at a lot of the eyelets. You get what you pay for. Vevor was supposed to give me a 50% refund after it buckled, but I never got that. I cannot recommend.

Very poor quality car shelter. It collapsed with just 2 inches of snow on it—thankfully, no one was underneath. It’s easy to assemble, but the structure isn't sturdy at all. The poles buckled. It’s a 3-season shelter. A total waste of money.

I own several Vevor products and have generally had good experiences, until this one. The first issue was a missing side wall, which was never resolved. I contacted customer service multiple times over the course of months, provided photos clearly showing the missing wall, and nothing was ever done. The second and far more serious issue occurred when the enclosure collapsed onto valuable equipment that had been stored for the winter. I was told a replacement unit would be sent, but weeks after the expected delivery date, nothing arrived. Instead, I was then told to pack up the collapsed unit and return it for a refund. That request is completely unreasonable. I’ve owned this unit for quite some time, made do without the missing wall, and no longer have the original packaging. This is a large, heavy structure, and repacking and shipping it is not realistic. Throughout this entire process, I have been patient and cooperative, while my valuable equipment has remained exposed to the elements because I was expecting a replacement enclosure that never came. I gave Vevor multiple chances and clearly communicated that I would leave a review if the situation wasn’t resolved. Nothing was resolved. I am now left on my own with a collapsed enclosure and damaged trust in a company whose products I own many of. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

I got this 12x20ft tarp shed because Harborfreights 12x20ft sheds were out of stock at my local store and this vevor one was like $100 cheaper. If you have a choice between the 2, just get the Harborfreight one. I like some of vevor's stuff but this tarp shed was a huge disappointment.

Lied about date of delivery. Canopy should have been delivered on January 3rd. Here we are January 15th, almost 2 weeks from promised date. My wife and me froze up at our little pop-up stand for two weekends straight due to no delivery. It’s really unusual for yall not to reach out whenever there would be delays. I had to contact yall first before I got any answers. I don’t mind the cold but I’m not putting my wife through the same conditions that I can handle due to negligence in yalls part.

Well it all started with the shipping the tubes were bent and the package was completely demolished tried to get the delivery service to come back and pick it up and send back to vevor with no success on that so I straightened the tubes and installed in it was up a week and survived a heavy snow storm then the following week had high winds with gusts up 50mph needless to say the poles snapped which completely demolished the structure and the cover when the 2 poles snapped it created a wave effect in the wind which lifted up 20 feet in the air pulling all 24 inch tent stakes out of the ground so now I have a pile of junk which I can't do anything with now I went above and beyond the install paying over 40.00 more for good anchors would not recommend this product it was bad before I purchased it it from the start

Not a good product at all within the first two days the wind was blowing around 60 kph and it flipped and the poles bent. (and it was tied down) the back tarp is missing grommet holes. And also the velcro was put on backward one on the sides for the door

Item was sent without front door to begin with and even being staked down properly minor wind folded this practically in half when it caught. Maybe if it had come as described this may not have happened.

Pourquoi, aucune paroi dans la position horizontale pour attacher la tolle dans le bas de l'abri ? Cette ajout la fabrication pourrait éviter le vent et la neige de s'infiltrer en dessous de l'abri et aussi, pour éviter le vent de forcer à soulever la toile de l'abri. Pourquoi, du côté gauche à l'extérieur de l'abri aucun oueillet pour attacher la tolle de la porte ? Pourquoi, des oueilllets de l'abri pour retenir les cordes, la toile a commencé à se déchirer ? Ma conclusion, cet abri est plein de défauts qui m'a coûté très cher à comparer aux autres garages de toile qui m'ont coûté chacun 235,00$ au huit ans. Je n'ai plus de temps à faire d'autres achats chez votre compagnie, vos produits me coûtent beaucoup trop chers.
