Works great for my needs. Not sure about harsh weather so I bought the extended warranty. Leaks a little in the middle where it collects water. So far all good.

Very nice product and fast service. I gave it 4 stars because the screws that come with it are very soft and the heads crack off of them. I used my own screws and everything else was great. It’s a very good value.

I purchased this to prevent my oven to get wet, I just installed it yesterday, I added some silicone to added seal, and let see how long it's hold! For the price they look decent!

Nice little awning. Only concern is that it is all plastic. Not sure how it will hold up under a snow load.

For the 38x80 you need to be more than one, preferably 3 to put it up. One of them had bolts with washers and nuts which was easier than the newer ones to install. You need to be really careful with measuring where you drill the holes. Another thing is that it says to use 10mm drill but I couldn't find any. Use a smaller drill than 10.3 otherwise the bolts won't work if you hade siding on your house. The bolts just turn and won't expand.

Could use more screws but, I had some made it a little tighter. Awesome awning and it keeps me dry. Super easy to assemble but will need 2 people.Super fast shipping and a great price

Used above man door on my garage rather than expensive eaves trough. So far so good. Looks nice. Will see how it holds up to snow

As described. Bit difficult to assemble but if you don't follow the instructions, you can work out an easier way. Bought 7 of them for office dongas and they look good. Nothing different than last review
