I ordered the 5-8 person version, when the box arrived I noticed it was lighter than I was thinking it should be. Checked the specs and should have been about 40 lbs, put it on the package scale at work and it was only 27.5- open the box and the manual is for the 3-5 person version and the weight of the package corresponds with that. Currently waiting on a resolution from customer service.

Llevo tres noches y está ha sido la peor, me he despertado con la tienda en la cara Son las 4:26 de la madrugada y estoy desesperada. Que hago para solucionar éste problema?

Very pretty. Easy set up. Not water proof/ resistant. First use this week. 2 days sunny no issues. Today light rain. Water dripping inside from seams where the fabric is stitched to hold air tubes. I have a tarp over center of tent. Unfortunately the tarp was not large enough to cover the top of tent completely. Where the extra tarp does not cover rain is slightly dripping.

It leaks badly in heavy rain, the light colour makes sleeping impossible and the pump broke on the second use.

There is barely any ventilation or windows in the top of the tent. Also the pitch of the canopy is too high and the sides too low so you can't see around it or underneath, basically a tunnel. If there is a breeze, sure you won't roast. Otherwise...

The box it came in looked re-closed and there are older stains from some liquid. Cannot tell what kind. The tent looked messy folded and I cannot estimate what that fluid was and what it did. They reacted to my ticket with that it is dhl’s fault, which is nonsense. The stains are older. I don’t see how they could have done this (maybe with a blowdryer??) in 24 hours. I think it’s not very nice to ship a openend or returned item like new. Also in price. At least be honest about a opened and used item. Next time a more reliable shop for me and we will reach about this one to kampeermeneer.nl to warn people about vevor.

I finally got around to pumping up my inflatable tent, and as soon as I did that, I noticed there is a leak at the sea on the inside for this tent. I am under a 12 month warranty and since I tried to reach out for a solution, they said that it is not a serious problem and only offered $35 to fix it. Please be cautious when ordering this type of tent and dealing with this company this is the second time I had an issue with a with a different product and they did not want to honor their warranty. The warranty means nothing if they do not respond or fix the problem.

VEVOR apparently is unable to prepare shipment all that well. In addition to that, they are a nightmare to deal with. It takes about 24 hours to answer each request, the requests they ask are ridiculous and redundant, then you pretty much go nowhere with them. I'm seeking alternative means to take care of this issue. You HAVE to see these pictures. Even then, VEVOR doesn't wish to do anything. This is an inflatable tent! I truly wish I could share the video. The photos tell the tale but don't do it as much justice as the video.

I asked for a return of the tent more than a week ago, but the support keeps sending automated emails of we will check and come back to you within 48 h. But obviously they dont. Now I cant return the 1K + tent its a scam!
