Gazebo was inside out when we opened it the first time and there are holes in the screen. Have to wonder if we got one somebody returned.

Very poor customer service,product arrived with manufacturer defect small hole in roof waited a day and customer service said I have to wait 3-4 business days for a service technician to respond back on how to assist me with my issues
Simple fix is return the damaged one and send me a replacement

Horrible. The sides continually collapse in if you even blow the air. I just set mine up as I have cancer so I couldn’t set it up for a few months and part of it has a tear and one area was broke and couldn’t be put in place unless 4 ppl bent a piece. Would never recommend. Waist or money.

The tent is easy to install. We jbought it in Nov 2024, but did not install it until Jan 2025 and so far the fiberglass support rod pockets ripped out, all stake down tabs ripped off, the door support fiberglass rod 2 piece elastic broke, tent stakes that came with it were very poor quality, had to buy new ones that were stronger and gave more support, the roof caves in when windy. Over all poor quality. There are 3 in the park exactly alike and so far 1 was totally torn up and went into the dumpster. Overall quality is not very good. Does not stand up in weather. We are very disappointed with this purchase.

After only one short season the roof tore about 3ft section. I can't find any I fo on how to repair the tear several tent repair tapes do not stick to roof material. Still hoping to find a way to repair the damage...

Never again will I buy a Vevor ... Customer service is awful ( no phone number), the Vevor screen tents are not as well made as Clam Quickset but you get what you pay for. Idea is good to have window panels but After two weeks the screen had a hole and the Velcro failed on a panel. I Asked for a replacement panel but they do not have any!!!! Anyway I got a partial refund but unsatisfied and going back to a Clam
