This was the most frustrating item I’ve ever owned. Takes at least 4 people to set up and that was still a chore. The sides bow out so it makes it impossible to use on a deck. For camping this could work but not as a gazebo like stated. It’s a screen tent. The netting is attached to the frame which makes it even harder to setup. Way overpriced for what it is. Very disappointing.

I mailed it back 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund

I have tried taking pictures and even tried uploading pictures of the broken product but the system totally erased my review..the inside door pole ripped thru the slot and it now up against the top of the tent..and the outside pice the stake goes into in the front portion of the tent completely separated from the tent.

Order 6of April and still haven’t got delivery.

This tent is a piece of junk. It had not stayed intact since the first day. I have used all tools provided to keep tent in place, along with hurricane straps and bricks. It just keeps moving, collapsing and ripping!!!!! Customer service at VEVOR is ridiculous!

25112300977322531787 I have not been able to write a review as we have not opened the box yet. The package was delivered by FedX to the wrong address. Now, it’s sitting in a on heated garage until we can open it. Question: if there’s any problem will we still have an option to review or get replacements if needed? FedX dropped that huge box off at a health care facility and we were fortunate they found us…not impressed! I would prefer to discuss this review in person on a phone so I know management is taking this report

I am unable to write a review because it is still packed in the original box. We will not be opening or using the Gazebo until mid May 2026, when the camping season starts. When that happens and its being used, I'll be able to write a review. thank you.

This has been one of the worst buying experience of our adult life. Never received the Screen Room to our home. When we asked questions about when it would arrive never received a real answer . Had to get with our Credit Card Company to dispute the charge. We will not use this company again. Never got a straight answer from any correspondence. Cannot answer survey questions due to never receiving product.

La tente mesure 6'7" une fois pliée dans son sac, elle n'entre donc pas dans notre voiture. Nous l'avons acheté pour faire du camping alors cela ne fonctionne pas et il est très difficile de la retourner. Je ne recommande pas cette tente cuisine de CAMPING!
