Not high-quality tent I would definitely not buy this tent. It will dry rot on you within six months Vevor quality of products has definitely gone down

Produk ist massive unbrauchbar, hält nicht was es verspricht. Die plane ist nocht wasserdicht und so weiter und sofort. Ich bin es leid mit wich zu diskutieren, man wird hier wie ein Mensch dritter Klasse als idiot hingestellt. Ich habe jetzt das dritte Ticket eröffnet weil es dem Kundensupport und damit auch der Firma völlig egal ist was man schreibt , es wird tot geschwiegen und Tickets ungelöst geschlossen.

First time using and tie down loops ripped. Sent pics and warranty program would not help.

J'ai monté cette tente il y a quelques jours et voilà le résultat dès la 1re pluie. L'eau rentre par le trou du poêle à bois, le scratch n'est pas étanche, et par les fermetures éclair tout autour aussi

The tent is looks good, but one of the metal holder pvc case of the door triangle broke apart in less then a week and there is gaps in the textile connections with the pvc floor, which make the tent not a bug proof.

The welding on the a-frame and the center pole is total garbage. A-frame was already broken when I received it.

I bought this tent on July 24 th and was supposed to receive it on the 29th of July. Three days later I was supposed to go away camping with this tent. Today is the 5th of October and I still have not received the package, but this is not the only problem, I have not been informed by anyone, the tracking number does not give me any info except that The pacakage is still at the first stop. There I have been speaking to VEVOR, DHL, GLS customer support to find out what is happening and I get very polite AI replies that they are doing their very best, but no practical replies on when I am going to receive the tent or what has happened and nobody to talk to. I am still waiting to know what is going on and hopeful that they manage to solve, but it is difficult in this circumstance. Quite disappointing, these things can happen, but the the fact that you have no way of knowing what has happened to your shipment and if there is a chance to receive it and nobody to speak to make this very discouraging. I will keep you posted on how this story ends
