Much more durable new than the "landscape fabric" products readily available retail. Price/sq ft was a bit high but I did not want rest of a 300 foot roll to store. It will be covered in pea gravel so protected from the sun so I assume long term durability will be pretty good.

It’s been great. I put it down under a couple tons of rock for a place to park my trailer and nothing has come through. No complains and a great price.

Abraham Replaced cloth fabric with this one.

New construction came with some type of cloth fabric weed barrier which didn’t work obviously.. tons of weeds. I went with the 6’ wide roll and no weeds have grown since. Great price and great product. Very thick also.
Update:
Still working great. Minor weeds to get around the edges but that’s installation on my part I’ve since redone the edges and no weeds have gone thru! Great product

Geotextile actually measures 102 feet x 13 feet and not 108 feet by 13 feet.There are 3 small tears and 1 patch on one of the geotextile tarp.I put tape on tears.You get what you pay for i guess.Will be buried for underlayment of gravel parking for tractor.
