I’ve had a frustrating experience using this sewer line camera. The biggest issue is that the camera line constantly shoots out of the basket during use, which makes it difficult to control and slows down the job significantly. It feels like the basket is too small to properly contain the line, especially when feeding it out. Additionally, the video screen is hard to see, particularly in normal working conditions. The visibility is not clear enough, which makes it challenging to accurately inspect the line. Overall, the design could use improvement—especially the basket size and screen visibility—to make it more practical and user-friendly for field work.

Broken after 2 weeks off use the screen run off of battery and never work again. Try to return it or buy just the screen but I they said I can’t.

Camera worked for like a minute then went blue screen ever since. And no phone number to contact them at all. Everything is plugged in correctly and it did work for a minute but waste of money so far

Unit didn't work upon first usage. Needed to inspect a drain line and it appears the backlight is broken. Customer support dodged questions and said i need to refer to the technical team which was out of business hours but I needed it handled now. 99.9% certain the backlight just wasnt turning out and upon opening and diagnosing, could of been an issue with where the shipment was left due to moisture being present. Regardless support should of handled it better and the display unit should have some sort of water resistance. I asked for basic troubleshooting tips and the representative couldn't provide anything. Couldn't even tell me if I was able to open the display unit or not. Absolutely disappointed for wasting money on this crap.

Hallo miteinander Ich habe hier zum ersten mal was bestellt also Neukunden aber auch zum letzten mal. Es kann nicht sein das ich 6 Tage von der Bestellung bis hin zur Lieferung warten muß, und das nach Österreich. Aber ist ja klar wenn man mit DPD versendet. Mir wurde das Paket am Samstag versprochen und gekommen ist es am Dienstag. PS: Über das Produkt kann Ich noch nichts sagen.
