Hoewel het apparaat doet wat het moet doen bleek de meegeleverde Sd kaart defect. De klanten service van Vevor blijkt een grote teleurstelling te zijn en hoewel het lijkt alsof je klacht heel serieus word genomen doen ze dat in werkelijkheid niet. Na foto's te hebben gestuurd waarop duidelijk te zien is dat er een rood kruis door de sd kaart in beeld staat werd me verzocht om ook nog een video te sturen zodat ons "technische team" het kan bekijken. Dit was ivm de maximale grootte van het bestand bijna niet te doen en als dat dan eindelijk met veel moeite is gelukt dan krijg je te horen dat er een groene sd kaart in beeld is te zien dus deze werkt gewoon. WTF zijn jullie kleurenblind? En het kruis dan dat erdoorheen staat? En toch echt rood is. Inmiddels heb ik er al veel te veel tijd in gestopt en zelf een nieuw sd kaartje gekocht en bericht terug gestuurd dat ze de klacht kunnen sluiten. Dus wees gewaarschuwd. Leuke goedkope producten bij Vevor maar veel automatische gegenereerde antwoorden als er wat mis is en zeker geen goede garantie laat staan goede service........nul punten voor de klantenservice.

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu ma commande la lampe endoscopique. Je me suis aperçu en l'allumant que la petite caméra latérale ne s'allume pas et ne fonctionne pas.

Heb recent nog een recentie achter gelaten maar ik kwam niet bij het artikel te staan…??? Ook om uitleg gevraagd van Vevor zelf maar geen reactie. Helaas vindt ik nog via het instructie boekje nog online hoe men in godsnaam de andere 2 lensen activeerd en hoe men swiped van beeld tussen de 2 lensen?? Enkel voorste lens werkt. Graag wat meer duiding.voor de rest stevig behuizing en duidelijk beeld.

There's some issues with cable because it bends to quickly when trying to bend it behind the corner like in the drain. So 15m is too long for this kinda cable if you have more than 1 bend. The cable should be like electrician's pull cable...and this cable ain't that. But the camera feed what you see in the screen is good. Also the better (more costly) endoscope cameras you can bend your camera head but with this you can't.

been experiencing with camera and find it very hard to operate and the picture quality is ok. i wanted to check a sewer line for possible break but so far have not been successful in being able to control cable to reach opening from tank to line i need to check. the cable is really stiff and hard to guide.the image on camera goes out of focus also so i can't see where it is. overall not happy

Leider ist das Kabel nicht dafür geeignet, die Kamera auch um Ecken in den Rohren zu schieben, selbst geradeaus geht es nur 1-2 Mt, danach bräuchte man einen Führungsstab, schade, weil die Bilder für den Preis wirklich super sind

Overall nice product for homeowners

Ordered the 5th, early. Shipped the 10th. Arrived the 19th. Given this, time to arrival from order has been dismal. This is my second order with Vevor and the first was amazingly fast delivery. This order, quite a difference. I think I would order an equivalent item offf of Amazon in the future. Or elsewhere for sure. While the quality was as expected, I needed this for a job much sooner and lost it because of the late shipping/delivery. Lesson learned. If you don't need something quickly than maybe this is the right vendor. But if you do, I'd hesitate. I'd give more stars overall if it was delivered in a timely manner. But I doubt if I'd buy from Vevor again given the very long processing and delivery.

The endoscope appears to be a quality tool given the proper applications. The reason I purchased this tool was to hopefully locate and diagnose a problem i am having within my sewer drain between my basement floor drain and the street. This particular endoscope is not capable in helping to solve this situation. Just not designed for that type of environment.

n'acheté pas cet camera pour de la plomberie ou même pour de la longueur , l'objectif n'est pas du tout pratique a déplacé dans les canalisation
