JTinNY Side camera is not actually functional

This is advertised as a dual camera and even gives instructions on how to use the side camera. Looking at the unit it does appear that there is a second camera and LED on the side but its a dummy- there is no way to activate the side camera. Holding the button as advertised just mirrors or reverses the view on the display. If you intended to use the side camera like inspecting inside a cylinder or head gasket, buy a different unit. Have had a customer support ticket open for a month, but just keep getting told "were looking into your issue"

While this camera is easy to use and has great resolution I gave it one star because after 3 uses it stopped working. I was just outside of the warranty period but come on...I assume it is the battery which is not replaceable or at least not available.

Clairement pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, la netteté n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous. Soit disant écran IPS avec résolution 1920*1080. Bref argent jeter par la fenêtre. Peut-être defaut de fabriquation mais pas la possibilité de vérifier.
Dans le doute abstenez-vous...

Do not buy it! The 15 meters of cable is totally worthless. The cable will not bend at all, so when you try to inspect a pipe it will not go beyond 10-20cm. Unless you want to inspect a 15 meter straight line pipe. Otherwise this product, though of a sturdy quality, is totally unsuitable for any type of pipe inspection.
