Have had it for over 2 yrs but no longer use it as the light on the tip stopped working

Camera resolutions and sensor size could be better - hard to see well in dark spaces even with the lights, both due to the low resolution and the camera being blasted by the light and/or the light not traveling well enough. Maybe IR vision would help? The screen sucks, way too low resolution to show two camera feeds at once... Both feeds are cropped far too much to be useful. Data transfer sucks, SD cards should be replaced with a simple Bluetooth transfer protocol so user can send straight to a laptop or phone. Would be handy if all 3 feeds could be saved at once in their original size. Despite my nitpicking, it still works and can do a lot of jobs it's needed for. I'm still satisfied with the purchase over. I just wish it would be better.

The light when out after a few minutes, maybe pour quality. Besides that, everything else worked fine.

Bonjour, Le matériel acheté est de bonne qualité. En revanche, la livraison a été mensongère et non conforme. J’ai d’autres articles à commander, mais au vu de cette expérience, je préfère envisager un autre marchand. Lorsque vous aurez changé de transporteur, car celui ci n’est pas correct, je reviendrai volontiers acheter chez vous. Cordialement Dominique

Mi producto dejó de funcionar al año y no quieren cumplir con la garantía. ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA. Llevo semanas hablando con ellos para llegar a un acuerdo y que cumplan con la garantía. Mi sorpresa es que me han mentido en mi cara, dándome un número de seguimiento y falso y dejándome de hablar. Ya están denunciados, pero por si acaso os advierto para que no compréis en esta marca y busquéis una mejor.
