I have purchased this item, once received, I have followed all the steps to how to operate this machine. Unfortunately it didn't work. I have requested a help from VEVOR, asking for either refund or replacement. VEVOR customer service been a nightmare to deal with, as they are refusing to issue any refund or replace it. They keep sending me links to how to operate the machine. Well, how will it work if its broken. Terrible customer service for this item

I received a defective part and contacted customer support. It has been already 2 weeks and they are still investigating! It is blocking my work. And hence the 1 star for poor service and not being able to use it yet.

I was really excited to find a cutter that had all these options @ a decent price. However, this thing is NOT user friendly. The straight edge is short & you have to move it every cut. Also when you move it you have to square it to the cutter again. If I could return it I would. i've heard VEVOR's customer service is not that good so I am not even going to try. Also bought floor tiles from here, never doing that again either.
