i had a 12 inch floor and getting the floor under the blade barely fit. the bar that was supposed to make the floor parallel to the blade had two problems. one it moved the piece so about a half an inch was not cut. the second was there was only one place to secure the guide to the table i had to use a small c clamp to keep the guide square. trimming the long side was not possible for a lot of cuts. this cutter may work for floors under 12 inches. I ended up scoring with my razor knife and breaking the floor much easier than using the cutter . i did the majority of the floor with out the cutter and could have saved the money.

It might cut other flooring but not laminate. I have 7mm laminate and it wouldn't cut it.

Says it can cut laminate and engineered hardwood up to 12 mm. It did but the frame bent cutting the first piece.
Couldn’t cut anything after that.

I have purchased this item, once received, I have followed all the steps to how to operate this machine. Unfortunately it didn't work.
I have requested a help from VEVOR, asking for either refund or replacement. VEVOR customer service been a nightmare to deal with, as they are refusing to issue any refund or replace it. They keep sending me links to how to operate the machine. Well, how will it work if its broken.

I received a defective part and contacted customer support. It has been already 2 weeks and they are still investigating! It is blocking my work. And hence the 1 star for poor service and not being able to use it yet.
