Doesn't cut Laminate

It might cut other flooring but not laminate. I have 7mm laminate and it wouldn't cut it.

Says it can cut laminate and engineered hardwood up to 12 mm. It did but the frame bent cutting the first piece. Couldn’t cut anything after that.

I have purchased this item, once received, I have followed all the steps to how to operate this machine. Unfortunately it didn't work. I have requested a help from VEVOR, asking for either refund or replacement. VEVOR customer service been a nightmare to deal with, as they are refusing to issue any refund or replace it. They keep sending me links to how to operate the machine. Well, how will it work if its broken. Terrible customer service for this item
