Bren Hoped it would cut straight
I am impressed with this cutter as it is an efficient way of cutting large stacks of card stock. I print place cards and while I am able to cut faster, unfortunately, the paper guide in the back is at an angle, causing the cuts to be angled unless I manually shift the paper. I've tried loosening and tightening the bolt to make the guide straight but nothing works. This would be a lot more time efficient for my business if I didn't have to manually straighten the card stock for every cut.

Andre Michael Defective Product and Worthless Service Agreement
I am extremely disappointed with the VEVOR Electric Paper Cutter. Right out of the box, the machine would not even power on. After spending time trying to troubleshoot it myself, I had to contact customer service, where I eventually determined that the fuse on the circuit board was bad.
What made this experience even worse was trying to get support. Customer service is almost entirely AI-driven, and I could not get connected with a real person who could actually help. I purchased the optional 2-year service agreement specifically so I would have support if something went wrong, but it has been completely useless.
Because I can't reach anyone to process a warranty claim or return under the service agreement, I'm stuck with a brand-new machine that doesn't work. What's the point of paying extra for a protection plan if you can't even speak with someone to use it?
A machine that arrives dead on arrival is frustrating enough, but the lack of accessible customer support and the inability to use the warranty I paid for is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the extended service agreement.

Crate it was delivered in looked rough. I can't imagine the trip it had. Then, surprise, out of the box it did not work. If it worked, I'm sure it would be great. Support is only via email and nothing is timely. Obtained the warranty and its pretty much useless. Little frustrated to say the least but we really do want it to work.
