I paid for a 65A cutter. The torch head you sent with it is only a 40A. Email and pics and info. was sent many times over and over the same BS robot responses from VEVOR. Then I was offered $72 dollar refund...?! What a joke/insult. Requested the proper torch be sent EVERY EMAIL, EVERY PLATFORM... to no avail. I'm keeping the cutter. Vevor NEEDS TO SEND THE PROPER TORCH HEAD ( 65A ) That goes with this machine I bought. I watched the videos of people opening the 65A cutter box to find the proper 65A torch that goes with it. They also needed 220v and set to 50A just 5o cut 1/2 inch, so I know this torch head you sent IS AN INADAQUATE RIPP OFF! Send it, and I'll send the 45A torch you INCORRECTLY sent, back to VEVOR.

Did not work on arrival

Torch burnt up when I went to strike an arc and now it’s junk the money won’t hurt me but it still sucks . Tried a live chat they answered and never could get them back I’ll just use it for target practice I guess

I bought two of these to trim the scrap drops off of our laser machine. They both stopped working after about a month of use. JUNK! Don't waste your money.

The cutter will not produce a continous arc even when adjusted per the instructions. Customer Service will not send the return label to get refund have been trying for 20 days to try and return defective item but they keep giving me the run around sending trouble shooting videos.

Malgré des commentaires concernant un sav pas terrible, j'ai voulu faire confiance. Reçu rapidement. Première impression extérieure positive. Je passe du temps à monter le filtre et au moment de vouloir l'essayer j'enclenche le bouton sur on. Et là rien, l'écran ne s'allume pas, le ventilateur non plus. Aucun son. La machine étant neuve je demande un remplacement. Vevor me dit qu'ils sont désolés et qu'ils vont essayer le plus rapidement possible d'apporter une solution. J'envoie vidéo comme preuve qu'il ne s'allume pas, je teste ma prise. Et voilà qu'ils me répondent qu'ils ont sur internet qu'il fallait que je démonte la machine et que je vérifie certains circuit imprimé ! Incroyable! Je leur dit que j'ai acheté une machine neuve , pas une machine à réparer et j'attends toujours une réponse. J'ai pourtant essayé de penser que ça pouvait arriver même si ça pose des questions sur les test qualités qui sont faits avant l'expédition. J'ai donc pensé qu'automatiquement ils renverraient une machine neuve pendant que je leur renverrai celle qui n'a jamais fonctionné. Mais non. Très déçu et regret fort.

Don't cut like I thought it would it stop cutting in the middle of it. Will not run on 110 alone 220. This not a good buy need to do better

Vevor sent me two units, the first one was damaged on arrival, they asked me to turn it on, it turned on briefly then fried itself. Second unit arrived fine, but turned it on and Instantly fried the second the trigger on the torch was pulled.

Machine wouldn't turn on. Couldn't get any satisfaction from vevor. Will never shop there again
