Not very happy with the tool, to be honest. The biggest drawback is the length of the pole. It was my mistake to choose the longer version, but even when it is not extended the pole is still too long, which makes the tool exhausting to use. Another issue is that the trimmer cannot be operated without the pole. To reduce the effort needed to keep the pole at an angle to the ground, you have to move your main hand (the one operating the controls) quite far back, which is also tiring. The only position where the pole does not cause too much discomfort is when used vertically to reach higher areas. Other than that, I do not have major complaints: the cutting head works well, and the battery lasts for about half an hour of almost continuous use (possibly longer, but I did not test it further).

Because of the length, it needs an auxiliary handle farther down on the pole. Even though it is lightweight, it gets very heavy and unstable when extended. Is there any way you can do some kind of modification to add another handle a few feet from the handle that already exists. If you can find a handle to attach please let me know if you can possibly improve this handle situation. It does cut really well, however. Let me know if you can figure out how to add another handle.

Nice product, but first time using it, the battery died after 25 minutes, and a 32 hour charge. Customer Service responds in 1-2 business days. I handle immediately, not in 1-2 days!!!

Good product however it needs a handle like that on your regular trimmer without the long extension handle. It gets heavy when doing overhead work.

Bought the hedge trimmers. They do what they say however the build quality will not last long. Might be able to get a couple trims out of them but doubt they will last long at all.

I got this about two weeks ago. I used it for maybe 10 minutes this morning with the cutter head not tilted. I then tilted the trimmer head to get the top of my shrubs. The trimmer stopped when it tried taking too large a bite out of a branch. Anyone who's used a hedge trimmer knows what I mean. It's something you have to avoid, except when you're working over your head with a tilting trimmer like I was this morning, you can't really see what you're cutting into. Anyway, when it hung, I pulled it to get it loose, and the black, plastic joint broke. I can't think of anything else I could have done differently to get it loose without breaking it. Just be aware. I have no idea if this is a common vulnerability with other trimmers or not. Generally speaking, I will say I've been pretty happy with Vevor products over the past couple of years. I'm going to put some tie-wraps or a hose clap on it to see if that takes care of it.

Unfortunately the hedge trimmer was broken when it arrived, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone about it!

La batterie ne tient même pas une demi-heure. une vrai merde. toujours en attente d'une réponse de Vevor.
