Received and components, except PPE, seemed of good quality. Used once with hedge trimmer. 3 months later tried to start. Woudn't start. Went through diagnostic routines from manual. Indication is that it is a bad magneto module. After going through a less than logical (and not easy to find) process to write a service ticket, and getting a request for a picture/video, I'm waiting for disposition. Request for picture/video is odd. It won't start. Picture cant show anything and I'm alone so I'm not going to hire a cameraman to film me trying to start the trimmer and it not starting. Concerned as reviews for Vevor customer service don't seem too good.

Worst weed whacker I’ve ever bought, I want to return it

Recicieved my stuff today and it came in a damaged boxed opened it up and there were 3 things broken safty glasses, ear muffler ear protection, and face screen protector were broken hopefully everything else works everything looks cheap but hopfully it all works good. All the styrofoam in box looked crushed also Other then these broken items everything is here

For the value it is great machine some parts need to be better made all of the attachment locking springs broke after the 3rd use. Have to find better quality to continue to use outside of that definitely recommend people to buy.

The price is crazy low for a machine with all of these attachments, but there are a couple of problem areas that you need to be aware of. 1. The 'safety equipment' that comes with the machine is absolute junk and the harness is a joke. On the machine itself the weed wacker shroud is just snapped into place and won't last long cutting heavier brush. The saw blade and brush blade are paper thin and bent quickly when tackling just some young growth bush. But all of those things can be replaced with quality parts. The engine and attachments are in my estimation very good quality. Just as good as my previous Echo machine. However, you must remove and replace all of the grease nipples or you will burn out the attachments quickly. They are not NA standard. If you attach a NA grease gun to them, grease will just push out from around the nipple and not enter the attachment. I wrote to Vevor with the pictures and explained all of this. After I replaced the nipples, each area took a lot of grease to fill, so I suspect they are shipped 'dry'. If you don't pregrease those attachments before you start using them, they will overheat and fail quickly. Vevor gave me a discount for my efforts identifying this problem, which was appreciated. The last point was that I asked what the adjustment knob was for on the 52cc machine, as the knob is not on any of the other smaller models. They could not tell me what it was for? Told me I could return the machine for refund? Very strange responce. So it is Buyer Beware, the price is very attractive, and I would say that for light duty use this machine should work out well over time.

The motor could be a little stronger to give cutting blades more help ,if the motor has more power,the blades would be able to move and cut faster

Unable to fix the nut to the screw

I am very surprised by how well the engine performs for the price. Starts extremely easy first pull. The kill switch is in a bad position and very easy to accidentally turn off. I have done a lot of work with the hedge cutter and strimmer and it works well. However the hedge cutter broke, possibly a gear in the hedgecutter. Hopefully you can send me a replacement part. Very happy with the tool other than that.
