Super heavy. Booo!

used it one time now wont start i think on off switch fell apart???? It did work well until I turned it off never to restart

Well you get what you pay for I suppose. The guts of the machine are ok but the peripherals are mostly cheap plastic junk. For example the pin on the plastic handle, that fits in a hole on the shaft to keep it from moving, broke before I could even finish tightening the bolts. Had to grind down a screw head to fit the hole and install it in place of the boken pin. The zipper tab on the bag is the cheapest plastic made and didn't even survive the first zip. The plastic handle of the supplied slot screwdriver broke on first use. The jaws of the supplied box wrench are so poorly formed that it can only be used on one side. Every bolt had to be retightened! Every one! The weed Wacker attachment has seen about 2 hours use now and has run well but the bearings are not running as smoothly anymore. The pole saw attachment has also run well although as expected the chain stretched quite a bit the first few cuts. However because the blade is offset fron the shaft, its weight wants to rotate it clockwise. The locking pin then starts to elongate the hole in the shaft so that the bade is about 45° off axis when using the extention as the 2 pins combine. Trying to tighten the knobs to prevent this rotation is futile as the surfaces of the poles are smooth aluminum and covered in lube. I ended up stripping both knobs within the first 30 mins of use. Hade to replace them with grade 8 bolts and nuts and take some coarse grit sand paper to the ends of the poles to give enough friction to prevent the rotation. Makes changing attachments not so easy... The ends should have been knurled. The aluminum pole should have been thicker and the locking pin should not have so much play in the hole to begin with. Have not used the hedge attachment yet. I wonder what surprises I will find?

Im sad to say I am very unhappy with this purchase. The handle comes off almost instantly and will not stay on. Its very heavy even with the back strap attachment. I would love to return this for a full refund.

Great service and lots of support when ordering. However, I used it once and when I refuelled the pull string starter broke. As I say support has been very good and they acknowledge the issue and resend a new starter. Will fully review when that arrives.

Didn't get the bag

I got the 33CC in last week. It is a beast of a machine. I haven’t tried all the attachments yet, but everything seems to be well made. It started right up with no problems. it runs good and has plenty of power. The draw backs so far is that the unit is heavy, shoulder strap will help. Make sure to read instructions on attaching the brush blades so that they are put on correctly. Overall great unit for the price. This is a good value for residential use. Update: After 3 uses the trimmer is no longer firing. Not sure if it’s the coil or a bad switch? Not happy with only 3 uses and now it doesn’t start.

I purchased this product in July and used it for the first time during the first week. Unfortunately, on the very first day, something inside broke, which I believe was part of the locking mechanism. I opened it up and was able to work on the mechanism myself and get the product functioning again. Since then, it has worked well and I haven’t had any other issues. The only problem is that the locking button no longer works. Overall, I actually think the product is fairly easy to work on and I’ve been able to continue using it, but I was disappointed that this happened on the very first day of use. I wanted to reach out and see what you might be able to do to help with this issue.

- first of all, this is a very powerful machine and that's about it! - Used as a weed eater and a brush cutter, it's very uncomfortable machine to use. The balance of the machine when attached to the harness is way off, so you end holding up the (very heavy) machine up with your rear arm. Not great! - The harness sucks, is difficult/impossible to get to sit right and is very uncomfortable to wear with the machine. The attachment clip is poor and difficult to attach to the machine. - The on/off switch in front of your trigger hand is in a bad position and keeps switching the machine off, and since you have to unclip from the harness - which you can't do with gloves on, to start it again - super annoying!! I had to tape the switch in the run position. - The face shield can't be worn with ear muffs on, so useless!! - Not looking forward to use the hedge trimmer or pole saw attachments simply because of the weight of the machine. - Even though everything is good quality and the engine runs flawlessly, I personally would never buy this again if it breaks down.

I have used this item 3 times. The throttle cable came loose the first time, then after I tore it apart and put it back in place it worked fine for 1 hour the second time. Today it came loose again which mean I need to repair it yet again. Not really very happy. I will send them an email and see what happens. will repost the results of their customer service.
