very high compression when pulled starter rope, Second use plastic coupler broke. after looking back on a warranty, found the coupler free for shipping. one week later still waiting on fedex shipment from California.

This product is not worth your money used it for 2 days and will longer start just get a steel. This is a waste of money. Also false advertisement, the harness it shows is not what you get, the one you get will break 1st time out, absolute waste of money DO NOT BUY!! yea so again DO NOT BUY just tired to get ahold of the customer service!... This is a scam buy the Chinese to take your money there is no customer service tried 5 different numbers for these people and half of them connect to some random people telling you that you have the wrong number DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

Im sad to say I am very unhappy with this purchase. The handle comes off almost instantly and will not stay on. Its very heavy even with the back strap attachment. I would love to return this for a full refund.

The gas tank literally fell off during second use, gas everywhere, and the bolts fell off and are now missing. Tightening knob on the shaft went missing as well...it's very poorly made. A lot of plastic and not very sturdy.

Very frustrating dealing with Vevor. I received the merchandise over a month ago. They sent me a previous customer returned product in a box very shabily wrapped by tape. Two items were missing, the chain and the trimming head to edge the lawn. I contacted the company immediately. After sending many photos as requested, many emails back and forth, and receiving many "we are sorry" emails, last week I finally received the chain. Once again. I immediately sent an email acknowledging receipt of the chain but not the trimming head. Their response, "your email is blank, we cannot read anything." This is the Vevor MO when they dont want to rectify the situation. Now they want me to file a new complaint. Have no idea if and when I will receive the trimmer head. The main reason to buy the 5 in 1 set - my old Echo trimmer stopped functioning and I needed a trimmer immediately. Rest of the parts and functions of my purchase are not required immediately. I am writing this report to inform future buyers about my nightmare dealing with Vevor. Unless my case is resolved appropriately, I have no intentions of purchasing anything from VEVOR. IT TRULY IS A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH VEVOR.

Purchased this economically smart system and actually expected it to work. It worked the first time I used it. Went back to use it the next day and the throttle no longer worked. Contacted support, sent a video of the problem. The warranty team sent me a message back that told me how to fix a flooded engine. The engine was clearly not flooded. So I sent a message back and explained that the engine was not flooded and that their response had nothing to do with the video that I provided and that they require. It's now been two weeks they've promised me a new throttle and I have yet to receive it. Purchase this used it one time in the month and haven't been able to use it since. Waste of money! Try to get a refund and no response.
