Most uncomfortable tool I ever had vibrating in my hands harness is useless

Après 3 fois d'utilisation mon moteur de démarrage ne toune pas avec la corde, elle toune loose les petites criquets qu'ils sont dedans ne accroché pas avec le volant magnétique.. c'est vraiment difficile trouver des pieces pour les remplacer

Recoil starter broke first day. Very disappointed, but things happen. What really sucks though is customer support said they’re going to send a replacement recoil starter for me to put on. Oh and it would take 10-15 days to arrive. So I bought a brand new weed eater, it broke immediately, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to repair it myself. Terrible customer care.

Hard pass on this item broke after 2 uses contacted vevor they are sending a replacement part in 4 to 6 weeks should be getting nice and cold by then and no use for it until next year. Even after I get the new part I have been youtubing it and its not gonna be easy to put on. Just not happy with this product.

it was good when it was new now six months down the road and i think i only used it like maybe 8 to 10 times and today i was gonna trim my yard and the start rope snapped and also the handle triggered seems comming apart so now i dont know if i can even fix this i might aswell stick to toro and other brand name

Read al reviews before you purchase. Mine arrived with 2 plastic pars broken due to the thin poor design. also on the 3rd use of this 63cc tool with the circular blade... the 3 bolts that secure the fuel tank fell out in the brush I was cutting. It stalled and the tank was hanging by the fuel line with the return fuel line pulled off the engine. it took almost 3 weeks for Vevor customer service to actually address the broken plastic after several generic emails asking me for patience. After the bolts were lost and 2 grommets that hold the tank were lost. I asked for a return as it seemed to me this tool will be a constant maintenance issue. They initially offered me $20 for my inconvenience. I stood my ground and eventually got the whole refund. Now they refuse to offer me to buy the parts to repair this tool.

UPDATE Very poor customer service and insulting offer instead of issuing a return on a damaged and non working item HOWEVER IN THE END THEY DID COME THROUGH WITH A FULL REFUND also, the item I received was a dud and yes less robust that more expensive models, but my experience was with a damaged item so its usefulness can be better judged by other reviews After several days of delay, they offered $83 on an item I paid close to $300 for instead of honoring their return promise. READ MORE Firstly this item arrived damaged, the plastic it is made of is very cheap and the cage around the pull start was broken. One of the metal retaining rings was bent Leading me to think this was a return that they sent out as new. OK I was going to live with the damage but when we tried to use it, it would not run for more than a couple of minutes then stall running extremely roughly when it did run. So I repacked it for return and notified Vevor who then sent a note they would reply within 48 hours, the reply eventually came and was a list of suggestions like did I put gas in it,,, I am a mechanic so, ya gassed it up, I replied, then got another we will get back to you in 48 hrs, after 48 I replied again asking the hold up, got another we will reply in another 48. The next day they came back with the $83 offer. So as mentioned above in the end the issue was resolved satisfactorily

I absolutely hate this thing. I'm a home builder and contractor with tons and tons of tools. Pros: Yes it has quite a bit of power. Cons. Tried 3 new trimmer lines, it breaks them all off in a matter of minutes so you have to pull the head off and restring it. It's really hard to get the line thru the holes to restring It's really hard to get the head open to get the line out of it Starting it is idiotic as the on / off switch is right next to the throttle, and when you pull the starter rope it's nearly impossible to not push the button to off. It's super stupid. It's hard to pull start. It is incredibly heavy, at least they gave you a shoulder strap, that does help a lot The shoulder strap is idiotic, it's hard to figure out which way it is worn, there's some quick release on the quick release that is completely stupid and a pain in the butt. I've never bought a product I was more disappointed in, and I have a lot of VEVOR stuff and am happy with everything else, this trimmer is absolutely stupid, I'd like to return it.
