This machine is a total rip off and the customer service is terrible. After using my brand new 6-1 trimmer for less than 30mins total run time it crapped out. Now I am waiting 2 weeks to receive a new part only to discover the problem ran deeper. I have work to be done and this company is not forthcoming Recoil starter all of a sudden blew up within seconds of starting it. There is no way to contact customer service to get help. You must wait to discourse with a BOT and let them decide if they will help you out. If you want to just throw away your money, I recommend this product very highly

This product is very cheap and like junk ..very tough to put together with lots of parts ..does not work very well ..do not recommend this or any products from this company

Terrible nothing but problems from day one. Broke the pull starter not even a tank of gas though it and now backfires and dies.

Hedge trimmer came missing bolts so I cannot attach it. Sent a support request over a week ago with pictures and no response.

This item is really bulky and heavy comparing to other machines. The motor sounds weird and the trimmer part is so complicated to install new line. I wasn’t happy with this product at all.

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon article, mais TRES DÉÇUE En premier lieux comme je l'avais lus avant la notice n'est pas en Français! Ils pourraient faire l'effort même s'ils l envoient si nous le demandons. Je n'ai pas essayé le coupe bordure n'y la tronçonneuse trop fin et oui vue le prix c'est vraiment gadget! Trop peur que ça me casse au visage! Le taille haie que je viens d utiliser est vraiment pas top du tout il fera l'affaire pour la hauteur mais je vais y passer du temps! J'ai un taille haie styll rien à voir! Bref je vous déconseille vraiment cet achat ... Se sera pour moi le premier et dernier achat chez Vevor je pense!

Don't recommend this weed eater . The cheaper ones come with a extension pole , this 63cc doesn't they say & they want sell you one . It's worthless without the extension pole . Can't figure why they would sell the cheaper ones with the pole & this more powerful one without one doesn't make sense. Also want sell you one really doesn't make sense, I buy alot of products straight from Vevor but if they want sell you parts for them this will be my last purchase from them

I’ve purchased many things through vevor over the last few years and have always been satisfied. However, this particular unit is complete junk came in a damaged box with damaged internal parts

The features and price of this unit is what made me buy. However after receiving the unit, it is very complex to put together and very heavy. I went ahead and put together the trimmer together and fired it up. At first it worked great.. after about 5 minutes I had to turn the trimmer off so I could get the shoulder support straps. When I tried starting the trimmer up again, there was absolutely no tension on the pull string as before. No tension = no start. Customer service is through online text only which was also frustrating l. However, they said I should just need a new starter. Now awaiting this new part for a brand new trimmer... hopefully it works.
