The blade just doesn't do a straight cut. I got in touch with their customer service, they refunded me and confirmed my unit was defective so I ordered it again... and the new unit had the same defect. They refunded me again (so 5 stars to customer service) but how come this product got so many good reviews everywhere when it can't even do straight cuts? Clearly the issue is with an entire series since I got the same issue twice...

Hi I try to use the cutter that I bought but unfortunately it didn't cut straight all the cuts i get is slightly wavy. Can I return it? Sorry I can't upload more photos In trying but it only accepts one.

Tout s'est très bien passé au début, coupe droite pas de soucis.
Après avoir fait à peu près 200 découpe de papier 160 gr feuille à feuille, la lame semble émoussée, elle ne coupe plus sur toute la longueur mais déchire à certains endroits, et que dire de la tenue de la feuille, à chaque découpe la feuille n'est plus tenue (est-ce que c'est à cause de lame???) la feuille se déforme à chaque découpe, je fais des découpe pour un client et je me retrouve avec des feuilles déformée pas top au niveau de la qualité.

The blade detached within 3 months of occasional use. Never used it on over 250 pages, because that was when it started getting too hard to use. Used it less than 10 times a month. To get a replacement, I would’ve had to find a box big and strong enough to support it and take it to FedEx. Not feasible when you no longer have the original box and don’t own a car. This cutter is too big and heavy for one person to maneuver.

I don’t suggest getting bone of these products , the handle /cutter was all warped/ twisted and you can not cut straight, all the alignment is off and not worth the time and effort!
Theblade it’s self isn’t sharp

Product is supposed to cut 16 sheets of paper. It wont cut velcro strips. WORST customer service ever. Been trying to return this thing for TWO WEEKS. Nothing but the runaround and silence.

Je suis déçue ! En lisant les commentaires, je croyais que j'allais avoir un produit fonctionnel pour mon besoin (j'ai une papeterie). Malheureusement, la lame ne touche pas la rebord à moins de forcer vers l'intérieur. Pas pratique si j'ai 250 feuilles à découper, tendinite potentielle au rendez-vous. Je vais me faire rembourser.
