To Whom It May Concern, This message serves as a final notice regarding my recent purchase of the VEVOR Racing Wheel System (Product ID: ZXZCDHBKZDXK14XHAV0), ordered on December 3, 2025, Transaction ID 6GC77549HY883245G, in the amount of $369.59. As previously stated, the product was delivered with two left pedals and no right pedal, rendering the item unusable and not as described. I have already provided all relevant order, payment, and shipping information. At this point, if you are unable or unwilling to resolve this matter promptly, I will proceed as follows: I will open a formal dispute with PayPal requesting a full refund for incorrect merchandise received I will repackage the item and return it once return authorization is issued PayPal will refund the payment upon resolution, and you will receive your product back I am requesting that a supervisor review this case immediately. You have 24 hours from the date and time of this email to provide one of the following resolutions: Immediate shipment of the correct right pedal via expedited shipping at no cost to me, ensuring delivery before Christmas OR Authorization of a full return and refund If no response is received within this timeframe, I will proceed with the PayPal dispute and purchase a replacement from another vendor. We agreed on a refund but this product is of very very low quality. Nothing is tight. Very flimsy and unsturdy.

Das Produkt kam beschädigt an, beim Versuch das Produkt zu reklamieren wurde mir seitens Vevor 2 Wochen lang die gleiche Nachricht geschrieben, dass Problem sei doch nicht so schlimm ich solle die Ware behalten - obwohl hier mit Rückgaberecht etc. geworden wird, eine absolute Frechheit. Seit 30 Tagen ohne Erfolg.. lasst die Finger weg..

The same piece has broken on it 4 times. Same warranty part and same issue. Never anything done. This is crap.
