I was really excited to get this rack, something I can move in my garage and get the bikes up off the floor. When it arrived, the instructions are awful. My rack had plenty of scratches right out of the box and even rust on it. I was disappointed to say the least, after multiple emails with customer service they discounted the item for me but I’m still let down. Quality control is poor to say the least. As for function, it works ok, it gets the bikes off the ground. I’d recommend anchoring it to a wall as when you have a few bikes loaded it can be easy to tip. It’s never fallen on me but just as a bit of peace of mind I’d recommend anchoring it to something. One other thing is the metal just sits on the ground, there is no feet of any kind that you can level it with, which is disappointing and if you have a nice floor movement could easily damage the flooring. Overall, it’s OK but don’t expect anything close to perfection.

I bought this last week . After assembly it sat very uneven on the floor and looked teally small. It does not fit a 27.5 inch MTB wheel and does not fit a 29 either. My mistake, I ordered too quick after looking at the pictures which shows an adult bike in comparison to the door and window,the wheel fits very well in the picture. it actually does not. I read the description this evening and I see that it actually really is not suitable for 29 inch wheels , despite the fact that it is advertised as 20 to 29 inch. I also see that it cannot be returned if it is not "suitable " or bought by mistake. DO NOT ORDER THIS ! Read every word carefully if you have to order this. I have bought a lot of things from Vevor, but I am not sure I will order from them again . The ad and the description is misleading!

Dinero tirado, no sujeta la bici, la bici de montaña es demiasiado grande para una estructura tan pequeña, la electrica es pequeña pero se cae. Dinero tirado.

Ne convient que pour des vélos enfants. Le grand maximum acceptable est un vélo cadre taille S avec roues en 27,5. Et encore l'équilibre est précaire. Achat inutile pour moi.

No llega a una bicicleta 26 talla L. Se vuelca fácilmente y no la sujeta, he tenido que inventar con un tubo un alargo y ponerle peso

Absolute junk. Do not buy. Hand screws do not hold the top tire holder in place. Really dumb design.

Flimsy, not suitable for 29" wheel emtb. The adjustable wheel stop is useless, you cant set the tire size, it just flops open to full stop.

Purchased this for the office to be used daily, but the top rack isn't milled properly so the hooks do not hang downward to hook into a tire. To be able to use this we had to install the upper bar incorrectly, and twist it so we could reposition the hooks. one picture online shows the hooks in the correct placement, another picture shows the top bar going through bike tires; a square rod holding onto a bike rim would do damage.

The item is very shaky when the bike is hung vertically. You don't need to touch, even a wind can knock down the rack when the bike is hung vertically.
