Bought this to replace a Hydrostar Drain Monster. First use it did great, went in very smooth without any issues and within 30 minutes cleared a difficult grease/food clog without much issue that I had spent more than 10 hours trying to clear with the Hydrostar. I was very happy. The problem was when I pulled it out and discovered that the head broke off somewhere in the drain pipe. Now I have a much bigger problem than a clogged drain. I had made sure the screw was attached very tightly and didn’t run into much resistance so I don’t get it. I had used the Hydrostar well over 50 hours over the past 5 years and never had this problem. Very disappointing. Needs a better way to secure the head than a tiny screw that apparently backs out or shears off easily.

It showed up not working. The cable is stuck inside the barrel and only about 7 feet comes out. I’ve been going back and forth with their customer service. I’ve been asking for a refund but it doesn’t look like they will do it. They’ve just sent me a video on how to disassemble the entire unit and unjam the cable myself and put it back together. Do not buy.

All parts weren't there handle not drilled out all the way had to buy parts in order to use it had to drill handle out in order to use it so very unsatisfied an u asked just to reimburse me for the parts 38.00 got no were so I will not buy vevor no more all i got to say

I don’t care about anything good with this machine . The cables junk and they don’t sell replacements. What a waste to pay for the entire machine every time the cable breaks

Item was delivered missing parts .Atachments are to undersized compared to what I have used before. I have been trying to get a return label with zero answers from vender. Customer support isn’t there. Will fight this and put in a dispute resolution with my credit card against the bill so they stop payment. This situation has been going on since the day your product was delivered. Over a month. Very frustrated Richard Rychalski

Sewer backed up on me Saturday night. I specifically ordered this auger because it said it would arrive Monday. Once it shipped, it was updated to arriving Friday. Since I couldn't live a week without functioning plumbing, I ended up renting a unit and clearing the clog that way.

Great price, first time I used it the wheels collapsed, it's a very heavy machine, it needs better wheels. I'll have to go and buy some aftermarket industrial wheels.

The machine arrived on time, and everything was included. Assembly was easy. We normally use RIDGID machines, and compared to them, this machine felt quite clumsy. We also noticed that the cable was very soft and would tangle under even small pressure.

Kinda difficult to put together had to push by hand witch wasn't what it said it would be like.

Two things that concern me One the 100 foot cable Had a few small kinks in it. The basket is not big enough for a 100 foot of 1/2 inch cable. Would I recommend this machine Maybe if it had a bigger basket yes ,but Their engineers or whoever assembled this should have known better I work for Roto Rooter at one time I own my own drain cleaning business so I should know that basket is too small for 100 foot cable It barely fits in there. The problem with getting stuff from overseas is they never fully Describe the entire item and you can't ever get a hold of them. So unless somebody calls me next time I won't be getting anymore drain cleaning equipment from them I need to make sure the basket is the right size. Good luck if you buy this?
