Compre este primer equipo y el control eléctrico a distancia salió dañado. Estoy comprando un segundo equipo, para resolverle el problema a mi cliente a la brevedad. Ojalá y pueda recibir el reembolso y les envío el equipo dañado.

Nach 10 bis 12 mal haben wir saunaofen eingestellt. Jetzt schaltet Saunaofen aus und nicht mehr ein!!! Wir müssen Sicherungschalter immer wieder ein machen. Das geht nicht mehr so! Saunaofen ist nicht mal 10 Monate alt und nicht mehr als 12 eingesetzt.

Leider sind die Heizstäbe durchgebrannt, Offen war seit Februar in Verwendung.

Your products are very good, but your label is terrible. Nobody wants to but a Diana heater that says “Tough Tools, Half Price” in giant ornage letters. This is so bad. Nobody wants to sit in their sauna and see a logo about tools and half price. What a terrible idea. Whoever came up with this idea needs to be fired. I had to return my order because of your horrible logo. Just use a logo that says Vevor. The pictures on your website have a logo that just says Vevor. This is perfect. Vevor is a fun name. But using a logo about tools and half price is terrible. You must get rid of that logo asap. Nobody wants that logo.

I got it all setup and realized the Timer was faulty right out of the box. I spent $10 on a new timer from Amazon and it worked great after that. I am giving a fair review because it works good but QC should have caught the faulty timer before it left the warehouse.

I ordered this stove because the picture shows the sticker on the front as "Vevor" Not Vevor "tough Tools - half price", yet the product I got had that on the sticker. No one wants to see a product advertised as "half price". It's a terrible tag line and I'd rather have it just say Vevor, nothing else. I'm unsure why they are falsely advertising this detail, it make a difference.

I used this stove for about a month. Factory wiring connection burnt up, and another element burnt up. Wrapped wiring to keep 2 of the 3 elements working. 2 weeks later another factory wiring connection burnt up. Down to 1 element. Purchased 3 year warranty and not very easy to work with.

Ik heb duidelijk gevraagd of de sauna op 220v kon. Het is alleen op krachtstroom te gebruiken.. maar ze verkopen het als een sauna kachel die op 220 kan .. nu zit ik met die kachel niemand wil hem kopen op marktplaats zelfs niet tegen een jlein bedrag .. ik kreeg 50 terug als ik hem niet zou terug sturen? Heb ik maar gedaan .maar niemand wil dat onding hebben

Piec po 3 miesiącach użytkowania pieca zepsuł się !!!! Kontakt z pracownikami bardzo utrudniony , brak możliwości rozmowy z kimkolwiek !!! Brak konkretnych informacji o rozwiązaniu problemu , wiadomości ze została wysłana część zamienna , brak podania numeru przesyłki !!!!! Od 10 dni sprawa dalej nie rozwiązana w najmniejszym stopniu. Brak informacji o złożeniu reklamacji!!!!! Nie polecam tej firmy , czuję się oszukany !!!!!!
