shop door seal easy to use
6,1 m Threshold Seal 1 pcs
I bought the 20' piece because I was able to do two rollup doors with it. it fit great and was easy to work with. the calk sealant worked well with installing the door seal. the nice thing is it was included with the seal. It was a great help with the doors by sealing their opening. I recommend this to anyone who need to seal the bottom a garage door or rollup door. I do not take pictures.

JB Superb quality and adhesion
6,1 m Threshold Seal 1 pcs
From the weight of the rubber seal you know this is a quality product. It lays nicely and the silicone glue is second to none in terms of adhesion and waterproofing. Just make sure your substrate is clean, apply the caulk, and lay the rubber seal. Easy installation and quality product. Highly recommend!

Installed Jan 2025. While it has lifted / come off in a few spots, it’s taken a beating. I believe it lifted in those few spots because I didn’t prep the concrete properly. For best adhesion I should have ground / cleaned the floor with a wire wheel. Also, I should’ve used a proper adhesive instead of the supplied silicone. I re-glued down the few spots with tub surround adhesive. Overall I’m ok with this product.
