The interior and exterior temperature readings are off by 3-5 degrees Fahrenheit and the rain gauge is all over the place. Nothing accurate about this weather station.

Had this unit installed for just over a year when the outside temp went totally out of wack showing temps more than 30F higher than they were. Contacted Vevor about a replacement and was offered a $92 credit towards a new one. Kind regards, VEVOR Support Team At that point I accepted the $92 credit and ordered a new weather station. The Next day, yes the next day after I ordered another weather station, I then received the following email which totally dismissed their offer. See Below: VEVOR Customer Service 2026-09-28 UTC 12:18:13 2 Dear Customer, Thank you for getting back to us.We sincerely apologize for any confusion, as the previous email mentioned that we pay you 92 CAD to get a new item which is not correct. As a matter of fact, for out-of-warranty orders, if you wish to receive a new item replacement, you are required to pay 60% of the total product price. This means you would need to pay us 92 CAD to get a new item of the same type and model you had previously, rather than an upgraded model. Please review this information and confirm your understanding. Meantime, to help our technical team determine whether this is a product-quality issue or something on the usage side, please share:1. Please provide the product nameplate and Serial Number (SN) (example images attached).2. Clear photos of the product showing the problem.3.A short video showing the current status of the product while operating it.Please note that providing a video or photos is necessary. Kind regards, VEVOR Customer Support Team Again, I received this email ONLY AFTER I had agreed to their original offer and ONLY AFTER I had purchased the replacement weather station. I then asked them to cancel the order at which time they informed me that it was too late and that it had shipped. An hour later I got the email that the item had then been shipped. Maybe slow email or maybe someone was mistaken about the shipping time. Not sure what is going on with Vevor, but this is just TOTALLY WRONG and Vevor should make it right.and honor the offer!

It sucks can't change anything date time month nothing

Voldoet niet voor mij, dacht dat dit weerstation met een GSM app was, dit is niet het geval. Wens het te retourneren.

Part of the screen is dead. It does not show outside humidity. Very hard to program.

Rain gauge worked once. Still working with customer service for a replacement, but it is SLOW. If it's replaced I'll change my rating.

Bonjour j'ai acheté cette station météo le 27/07/2026 et il se trouve que cette station est tombée en panne (led qui ne fonctionne plus) le 20/08/2026 !? Meme pas un mois !! J'ai signalé le problème au support technique. Maintenant j'attends leur réponse. Vous comprenez que je ne peux pas poser un avis positif sur cette station. C'est vraiment dommage, car les relevés qu'elle fournissait étaient cohérents.
