I was so excited to get this weather station put up, but over a month later I still have not received it. Customer service has also been somewhat poor in regards to this particular order.

I wouldn't know how this product performs as I never received it. Shipped to the wrong address. No update from Vevor or Couriers Please until I chased up. At which point they knew they had delivered to the wrong place but instead of redelivering, they returned to sender!!!

All up it is a piece of shit, bought this model for its connectivity. But with poor instructions, fuck all support and inability to connect I would not waste your money on purchasing this model. As a standalone to its dedicated interface, it appears to work well.

The unit was OK at first. Had terrible problems getting it online via wi-fi, other set up quick and easy, did get the wind direction fin replaced few months back by Vevor, when it broke in a average wind storm. The new fin works great no issues. Went though few 30 to 40 mph wind. The problem happened few days back when the outside temperature got stuck on 42.9 degrees when it's 32 to 38 outside, the other function works, but the outside temperature and humidity flashes and is not correct. I tried to contact Vevor but the request form won't accept any of the photos they require to file the request. I used the camera function on the Vevor app with the same results. I'm not happy that the unit literally broke at the year mark. This is great place for green house plastics and other hardware stuff, but probably be shopping at another place for electrical and mechanical product. The last weather station I bough lasted 4 years, and the cost wasn't much different.

The installation was easy. The user manual and set up is a nightmare. Spent 3 hrs trying to make it work. The screen is lying on the shelf unplugged. Useless Going to have to hire a computer geek to translate the gobbdygook

Good functions and easy to setup. The Smart Home app for remote viewing is pretty limited and clunky to use. The history days is worthless because it updates so seldom. I have it one star because the wind speed reading was clearly low (like half of actual). Their customer service was responsive but unhelpful. After a lot of back and forth they have me a full refund. Never offered to replace it and never told me if I have a bad unit or the design is poor. So now I'm shipping for a different brand.

Connection to internet and sensor very poor and inconsistent temperature readings

So far not happy at all, I have had a problem with the item for about14days and I cannot get anyone from the company to do anything about it. I have live chats 3 times sent about 4 emails and so far no resolution to my problem. I have sent pictures and any info requested. Maybe some day they will help. So far I would not recommend purchasing this item or dealing with there customer service.

Hier kann ich leider nicht loben, da am Monitor die Funk Uhr keine aktuelle Uhrzeit anzeigt, obwohl das Funksignal blinkt.
