DO NOT BUY WIND CUPS STICK AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMERSERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS PROMISING TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT NEVER DID!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WIT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I think the YT60234 weather station operates well, the rain funnel keeps blowing off of it. Yes, I am locking it down, but it still blows off. Now the funnel has blown off, and I cannot find it. Replacement funnel? Ugh! OUT OF STOCK. That means that a lot of other people are having the same problem. Very disappointing. Now I have a weather station with an inoperative rain gauge and no way to get a new funnel.

Worked well for 3 weeks then outdoor temp flashing then froze. tried chat absolutly no help. Said could not find my order # but there it is on this email. very difficult to get connected to the internet. not something I would recommend purchasing.

I’ve tried everything from turning them on and off in different orders, resetting the unit back to factory, changing the channel, etc. Very disappointing.

Never received weather station, customer service was no help. Did get refunded

14-10-2025 r zakupiłem stację pogodową VEVOR 7 w 1 z wyświetlaczem TFT. Od samego początku stacja nie łączy się z czujnikiem zewnętrznym czyli jest praktycznie bezużyteczna. Zgłosiłem problem poprzez formularz na stronie VEVOR do pomocy technicznej. Po uzupełnieniu wymaganych przez nich danych i zdjęć otrzymałem informację , że wymienią bezpłatnie jednostkę wewnętrzną. Od tego czasu otrzymuję co trzy dni od VEVOR wiadomości z przeprosinami i że sprawę załatwiają. Dzisiaj mija miesiąc od zakupu przeze mnie stacji i nadal nie mam rozwiązanego problemu (nie otrzymałem nowej jednostki wewnętrznej). Ja rozumiem, że produkty mogą czasami działać nieprawidłowo ale tak długi czas i sposób rozwiązania tego problemu z moją stacją jest naganny. Jak dla mnie to był mój pierwszy i prawdopodobnie ostatni zakup w tej firmie.

Fungerar inte bra! Vind och nederbörds-data som sänds till WeatherCloud är felaktigt. Vind visar alltid 0,1 m/s. Regn visar 0. Displayen visar rätt. Vindgivaren är felkonstruerad. Vind-pilen är obalanserad och ”bak-tung” vilket gör att om givaren lutar så visar den fel vindriktning. Tyngdlagen vinner över vindriktningen. Det inbyggda vattenpasset visar fel. Nu efter två veckor visar innomhustemperaturen 49° då det är 23°. Reset hjälper inte. Vevor skickade en ny innomhus-display som efter en veckas väntan ”försvann” i transporten och erbjöd i stället 20€ att köpa tillbehör för. De kommer att få denna väderstation i retur. Köp INTE denna väderstation. Handla inte från Vevor!

Die wetterstation, startet sich mehrmals täglich neu, so das die Max und Min werte verschwinden. Auch werden oft die totalen Maximalwerte angezeit. zB. 180km/h wind oder -40°, mitten in der nacht UV index von 12 usw. Ein Technischer defekt. Der kundenservice hat eine hinhalte taktik, seit knapp 1 monat versuche ich einen Rücksende etikett und eine Adresse zu bekommen. Vergeblich. Zuerst wollte man mich mit 20€ abwimmeln, 1 tag später dan mit 36€. Und immer noch kein retourschein. Finger weck.
