Received the station and noticed that the screws bag was open and screws scattered throughout the box. I think some are not there and requested a screws bag replacement. Customer service is very bad and after more that 48 hours I still have no idea what is going on. Requested the item return, nothing. This is not what their warranty is showing. Be aware.

5 days since recieved non working item and registered complaint. nothing but crickets. poor after sale service. your ok if your item works but dont think I will purchase anything more in future.

A lot better weather stations out here. It lacks a lot of common features that common on most popular brands

Si eres un friki de las bases de datos climitalogicas no merece la pena ni la opcion que tiene conectividad con Smart Life, ni la opcion que tiene la pantalla TF (la más pequeña). Es un fallo bastante grande que cuando desconectas la corriente de la pantsalla pierde TODOS los datos. Además no tiene la opción de utilizar pilas como alternativa a la corriente electrica. En la aplicacion Smart Life solo tienes la opción de ver los datos por cada hora, es decir, maximo almacenas 24 datos al día. Vamos, a todas luces unsuficiente. La tengo instalada ya y por no desmontar la torre de los sensores no la devuelvo, pero sin duda la cambiaría por la versión original que permite conectarla a webs de bases de datos meteorologicas como Meteoclimatic.

The unit works just fine even connecting to weather underground. The issue is the plastic structure is so large any snow accumulated on it stops the wind speed,direction and sun. I have to go every couple days and brush it off.

Wrll this item worked great for the 2 weeks it was up. Did everything to mount it correctly. We had a good wind storm and that was the last of that 100 bucks. I will try a better built one.

Pour résumer, cet article n'est pas fait pour être utilisé au Canada et, j'imagine, tout autre pays nordique. Evidemment, il ne peut y avoir de collectes de quantité de pluie lorsque cette pluie arrive en neige. C'est évident. Mais la raison première qui m'a poussé à acheter cet article est pour la vitesse des vents. Mais à cause du temps froid, les pales sont constamment gelées et ne tournent pas. Je l'ai retiré quelques fois pour le faire dégeler mais aussitôt qu'il fait froid et qu'il tombe quelques flocons, l'article n'est bon que pour donner la température. Ça fait assez cher pour n'avoir qu'un thermomêtre.

The weather station looks good but has been not worked well. In less than a month, the wind direction arrow and wind paddles have frozen stiff. This should not happen if it was built better. The rain gauge also iced up and stopped working. A bit understandable but I had to dismantle the unit, bring it indoors and thaw it out. IT’S A WEATHER STATION! The wind speed has not been reflective of actual conditions, also disappointing. The display unit is good, the wifi connection is good. I expect more in the design of the moving parts to shed water and not freeze up.
