Produit à fuir si vous comptez l'utiliser en France. VEVOR est incapable de fournir les certificats de conformité adéquats pour ce pays (norme NF E 35-421). Je ne comprends pas qu'ils soient autorisés à le vendre. Sinon il est en tout point identique aux autres marques. Le SAV de VEVOR est catastrophique, je me bats depuis plusieurs jours pour un retour de produit et outre les traductions hasardeuses (on m'a répondu en "espagnol" au dernier message), aucune solution n'est proposée (ce n'est pourtant pas compliqué de transmettre un bon de retour avec une adresse).

Item received defective. first time using the internal condenser was leaking freon, asked for a replacement they wanted to send me a replacement condenser and have me replace it, I declined again asked for a replacement and a shipping label every reply took two days, then they wanted to refund me $102 for receiving a defective product, after I paid almost $300, declined again had to report this as fraud to PayPal and finally I got a proper reply rather than some AI bot replying. they finally sent me a shipping label to send back the defective product. literally took about a month to fix this issue. Back and forth nonsense and wasting time and giving you the runaround. all the reviews you see about their customer service is correct. Some of their products are good hit or miss but customer service is trash. I bought this over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I can’t speak to anyone about it but am so agent and the only response I get is it’s shipped. I’ll never order from here again

This only evacuates, it doesn't come with any hoses and the fittings are to small to hook up to R134a. It doesn't have a tank inside either, all these parts you need to buy or try to source. It doesn't charge either

I purchased the about 12months ago. I finally had to use the VEVOR unit for the first time. My other uniit finally crashed. The worked well on the first recovery but on the same day second job the knob was not functioning. I was stuck with having to call a buddy for his recovery unit to complete the job,
